They are not professional or compassionate or have any moral obligation to provide any patient care at this place. Yelp really needs to add zero stars for places like these. All the reviews about billing department are 100%  true. They don't know basic accounting and keep sending you multiple bills and collect payments months in advance. They never return calls or explain any charges as they are so disorganized and avoid any sort of accountability.  Everything turns into a confrontation with them and they do not make any effort to fix the problem.  Instead they to the extra mile to accuse the patients. This happened not only to me but other patients while I'm waiting for consults in their office. They don't care to cross verify anything including medical records. I haven't seen a penny of my money back from this place. The billing manager Jasmin is the rudest person you will encounter. I thought maybe this is just a standalone department issue within RMG but boy I was wrong. The doctors are part of this nightmare as much as the other staff. Your journey will be delayed by months due to this incompetent place.  They all like to make free money from you and not even do the bare minimum. There is no education about the process and you are just a sheep. Medical coordinators are a joke, you will be coordinating everything on your own. It's like pulling teeth to get any information from anyone.  They do not care about your timeliness and delay you by months for simple stuff in an industry where everything is highly time sensitive.  THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONES. The emotional trauma and damage done by this place is extremely heartbreaking and there is no $ value you can assign to it. Our doctor was Goodman and I don't think she honestly cared about providing a good treatment. We had no results with her and wasted more than a year with her. This place is what I call modern day robbery and I'm beyond appalled on how this place is running and robbing not only people's money but also hopes and dreams. I'm at a point where I want to sit outside this place and provide pamphlets to people to read yelp reviews before they enroll at this clinic as a public service.I wish I read the yelp reviews over Google before I went to this place. People who run this and most of the staff should not be servicing anyone in medical industry based on my experience.

Around 8/03/21 I called to see if they take my insurance, the lady said yes. I needed an appointment for my 18 year old daughter. I gave the lady all the information on the front and back of my insurance card. She said no problem they definitely take my insurance. Last week I received a call that we had not filled out all the paperwork on the patient portal, no mention of cost or about not accepting my insurance. And our information was filled out.  y my daughter received an email stating that the appointment was canceled due to online paperwork not being completed. I called yesterday and said that the paperwork was completed and she apologized and said that the appointment was still on, no mention of cost or not accepting my insurance.  af that my daughter received an email that the appointment was a zoom call not in person.  Today my daughter talked to a nurse, no mention of cost or not accepting my insurance, then started talking to the doctor and 5 minutes into that call the office calls my daughter demanding $295.00 before her visit because they do not take my insurance. My daughter said that her mother handles those thing. So after my daughter let me know I call the office then talked to Kelly the manager who insisted the charge is valid because my 18 year old daughter said that I would handle it and finished her zoom call with the doctor. What a total scam, teledoc calls through my insurance are under $100.

This amazing staff and Dr Tarantino is amazing every step of the way! I have 1 little ivf baby and starting the process for hopefully number 2. The nurses are always so kind and charismatic and just very gentile. When talking to dr T he always takes the time to listen and address any concerns i may have! Always feel so safe with Dr T and his staff and i know i'm in great hands!

I am broken and have never felt so helpless in my life , it is taking everything in me to write this review right now but if it helps even 1 person , I guess it was worth it . I guess I’ll start with my husband and I have 10 children between us , none together so we have no problem having healthy children however I’m now over 40 and have had 3 miscarriages in the last 5 years . We went to RMG to get help with a successful pregnancy to term . Dr Goodman did all our tests and we both were still with healthy eggs and sperm and suggested IUI , we did it 3x no pregnancy even after leaving we were told we should definitely be pregnant that the counts were very high on both of us . Ok after 10,000 out of pocket , and no pregnancy DR Goodman suggests donor eggs so I agree and we are told 1-3 months tops to get a shared donor since we are paying out of pocket , we were told aprox $23,000 when all is said and done so we wait and get a call from Marissa that we have a shared donor she thinks is perfect fit and that she is looking into things and will get back to us soon . I hear nothing for 2 months , I email asking what is happening I thought we were almost ready to move forward and why she hasn’t contacted me . I get an email back that Marissa left , new girl Courtney knew nothing ! What !? How could this happen after I am paying all my money . I sat and cried when Courtney tells me there are no shared donors and suggests egg bank but will be a couple thousand more but we can go forward now . So with no other options with all the money I already paid I go forward , find a donor and reserve her eggs but then RMG can get tests done in a week because no avail appointments I lose her and have to pick another . Get all tests done was told it would be $16,080 for eggs but they had a guarantee that fresh eggs don’t have so I feel a little better . I call to pay for eggs and price went up $500 !!! Again no one told me anything, I already had my invoice ! They tell me as of the 1st egg prices went up . I had been talking to RMG and Fairfax all along no one mentions this ?! So at this point I request to Courtney that someone call me , I need to know exactly how much more I have to pay because transfer of egg hasn’t taken place and I’ve already paid $25,000 out of pocket ! Angela from RMG calls me ( manager ) tell me total owed is $4,200 including transfer and all other costs to finish . Then a month later time to pay for final costs I get a bill from Yasmin in billing $7025 owed !! This can’t be ? I call Courtney and she has yasmin call me who tells me “ Angela just gave you an estimate “ NO WAY I ASKED FOR EXACT AMOUNT SINCE I WAS ALREADY now $5000 over what RMG told me in the beginning. Then she changes it too , “ Angela didn’t know your plan of care “ well she is the manager and checked my chart and called me with a final price how did she not know ? Yasmin then tells me bottom line $7025 to continue, am I paying it ? I couldn’t believe this so heartless , no apology, this was a bad dream . Obviously they knew I had to pay no other option at this point unless I start over and loose all my money I gave them . Mind you my entire savings is gone , I’m not rich at all and have emptied my account ! I paid now waiting for transfer, have to get meds ( $500 more ) I get a call that out of 7 eggs from Fairfax only 1 worked so I have 1 chance at transfer and all other eggs didn’t work , so I have none to freeze like they told me I would freeze the rest in case the first time didn’t work . Ok well they are guaranteed right ? I’ll just get more ! NO GUARANTEE IS THAT 1 egg out of 7 will work , I was told I should of read all fine print . NO IM BROKEN AND BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH , I trusted that you were explaining everything truthful and honest . Well it’s transfer day !!! I go in DR Goodman said everything went perfect !! I come back in 8 days for pregnancy test !! I get there so nervous do the test , tell me they will call me in a couple hrs for results ... every minute felt like an hour . Courtney calls , “ I’m not calling with good news ! “ my heart sunk , I couldn’t breathe let alone talk ! Omg now what I have emptied my bank account and $15,000 in debt , no baby , no eggs left NOTHING ! What do I do now ? “ I’m really sorry Lisa “ I can set up a consult with DR Goodman ( $150 for 10 min virtual call .. that’s it that’s all ??? Yes end of story ! Unless you have enough to buy more eggs $16,500 now and $7,200 for another transfer!? This couldn’t be real ? They are calling me over the phone to tell me this ? Not even the DR that I have worked with for over a year ? Just no more money GOODBYE THANKS FOR YOUR $35,000 and have a good day ? I couldn’t move , I couldn’t breathe , and I just laid in bed in a ball for days . No One called to check up on me from RMG , like they had previously after tests why ? Because they had already drained all my money and more and then when they took it all I was Dismissed like a bag of garbage ! Please check Yelp ratings as well , and do yourself a huge favor and go with a different fertility group , I sure wish I had

My experience with RMG was phenomenal, communication was super easy with their patients portal they have available for all their patients, Front desk staff and nurses are very friendly, always with a positive attitude, helpful . My Dr , Dr T is very knowledgeable, respectful, understanding of every patients situation , easy to communicate with, always available to answer any of my concerns. We did IVF and was a total success, THANK YOU RMG team for helping us achieve our biggest dream ❤

Reproductive Medicine group is great xI went to Dr. Samuel Tarantino he was a great doctor He kept me and my partner up in spirit. He was definitely there for us. He understood what we was going through and was monitoring every step of the way. I can't believe I'm pregnant with my first child omg thanks so much Dr.T x I recommend anyone trying for IVF this is the right place and Dr. T is the one. This my first ivf and it's a success x I'm due Nov. Dom x

I had my eggs frozen 6 years ago with RMG, so now that I would like to use them for my IVF, I got a donor and was ready to go.  They refused to even test my donor because he was 53.  I was forced to move 15 miles to another company and the donor was tested and needed a number of 45 million sperm to qualify and he had 225 million.  Next, the other company was going to provide me with the nitrogen tank, so I could have them load my eggs and I could drive them 15 miles to the other company to unload them.  RMG would not release my eggs and instead insisted on me paying $1000 to transport them 15 miles.  RMG is strictly interested in their positive ratings, not what their client wants.

I honestly am shocked that anyone would have a single bad word to say about this office and or staff. I can not say enough good things about this place. Dr T listened....never pushed.....knew all the right things to do.....and took the time to get to know me and my husband!!! He is BEYOND knowledgeable and I will forever be grateful for him.....AND HIS STAFF. After going there so much, the staff feels like friends/family. I’ve never once encountered a mean/rude/unhelpful person there in two years. The Fletcher office is honestly the best and I highly highly recommend them!!!!!

I was a patient of Dr McCormicks in 2020 - and proud to announce we are expecting a healthy baby girl in August! After almost 3 years of struggling with infertility and unknowns, RMG restored our hope and gave us answers we had been searching for. The entire team, Dr McCormick, the office nurses, and the nurses at the surgery center, were so pleasant, patient, helpful, and knowledgable. Thank you!
