Online Reviews Breakdown
List of Thomas Graham's Reviews
Never in my life had I felt such poor customer service and rudeness from a medical center. I had a situation with my car and called to let them know it was on its way. They told me to hurry up and they would help me but they didn't say. The limit assumed that they were going to see me, when a man named Michael W arrived he was so negligent, they do not make progress notes on the calls, and he simply said that the doctor could not see me, what a frustration because to make the appointment I had an issue with my car, after waiting 3 hours I finally wasted my time, they think they are above people, no consideration for anything, inhumane treatment of patients and it was very rude, they should train the staff they have because they don't have customer service idea, totally disappointing.
If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Graham believes he is a god-send to this Earth. He will not listen to your questions, nor does he think you're worth answering to. If you go for a full-body scan, he will only check your back, and if you have dark moles he automatically wants them sent to the lab. I went to another dermotologist a week later and (not surprisingly) only one of those four needed to be removed. He also didn't check the rest of my body either. SAVE YOUR $ and go elsewhere.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
