Dr Le performed an C5-C7 ACDF in Dec 2020. I woke up from surgery with the most horrible pain in the world. He said that was common (it is not!). My pain continued in my neck and into the shoulder blades even after months/years of PT and pain management treatments (laser ablations, epidural injections). Tried to reach out to Dr Le several times and was dismissed. He said his surgery looked good. In Now 2022 I went to see another Dr who send for a CT scan and we found out that I was not fused at C6-C7 at all. I underwent revision surgery in Jan 2023 and Dr said the cage at C6-C7 was completely loose. 4 months after surgery my neck feels good however I still have pain in my shoulders and potentially permanent nerve damage. The past 3 years have been extremely challenging physically and emotionally. I have not been able to get back to my active life before Dec 2020. Please get multiple opinions when it comes to any spine surgery.

It was a miserable 9 weeks! I broke bones many times but never experienced a spine surgery! It's a TOTALLY different situations! Needs a lots of patience and attention to the recovery instructions! I DON'T have much of patience! I want to recover " NOW ! I made a lots of mistakes which caused pain because i have NO PATIENCE! 8 weeks after Surgery i putting my heavy duty leather racing suit on on my own and i rode my 215 hp race bike around the block 9 weeks later ( Today ) i ride my bike about 47 miles hard on the back roads ! NO PAIN NO DISCOMFORT!💖 So i am ready to do the sport again that i do and love 56 years out of mine 71 year Dr Le is a FANTASTIC Surgeon! And his Crew is just Super fantastic girls ! They tried to calm me down with my complaining about my pain which was normal for recovering and mostly was my fault because i was inpatient ! Thanks for everything especially PUTTING UP WITH ME !! YOU PEOPLES ARE A GOD BLESSINGS. ! It was a learning time for me ! But Thanks for Dr Le and my Physical Therapy Crew Who also Have to putting up with my crazy attitude and Being So patients and helpful for my recovery! There's NOTHING more BEAUTIFUL feeling than racing again ! THANKS TO EVERYONE !! 💖 UPDATE : 3 months after Surgery I drove 220 miles to Jennings Fl race track on Friday raced on Saturday and drove back home ! Feel FANTASTIC ! PS : DR LE !!! 3- 27-28 2022 Neck still good and the spine is fine ! 🤣 👌April 25 2022 ! Great job on my spine surgery! It's approved up to a 120mph crash ! No problem with back and neck still good !! 😅😉ps !! 3-6-23 ready for the race track again 4-21-23 My 72 birthday coming up soon and still racing and everything is ok with my spine 👌👌

Dr. Le and his Staff are professional and treat you with the upmost dignity and respect. I was a lil out of line with Dr Le on a previous appt to which I apologize tremendously!! Had to be seen again about 2 weeks later due to an unforseen head injury and was seen by Niraj whom explained in detail why I would more than likely experience chronic neck pain and headaches and showed us images, which my husband noticed right away there was something "not right"...a bone deformity. Thank you for that! And Dr Le for the amazing job he did saving my ability to be able to use all of my limbs!!!

My minimally invasive robotic surgery to repair my herniated lumbar disc produced the desired result with a quick recovery time.

Phenomenal physician. Been undergoing spinal treatment, literally, for years. Visited Dr.Le and he immediately ordered new MRI and X-ray. Back to his office next day and he immediately scheduled spinal procedure following day, although practice generally doesn't operate on this giving day. Dr Le discovered 2 additional factures. Procedure completed, not without pain, but immediately felt relief for the first time in nearly a year. What a blessing for his expertise and eye for detail. At 68 years old, I am finally normal and living a blessed life.

I’ve been waiting sometime before writing a review about my experience with Total Brain & Spine… As far as I’m concerned, surgical results shouldn’t be judged immediately after a procedure, but rather after some time has passed to see if the procedure was a success. I have to say the (2) Surgical procedures preformed a little less than a year ago by Dr. Le and his team,who I might add, were extremely personable and knowledgeable, were both very successful. My surgeries consisted of a Disc Fusion in my neck & a Lumbar Stenonis Repair In my back with both providing lasting relief. Dr. Le and his staff made every effort to make sure I understood every aspect of my condition and the procedures needed to ease my suffering. The office staff was very helpful in dealing with my insurance, even to the point of calling the various radiology centers in the area to get me an appointment as soon as possible. Dealing with his PA’s, you’d think you were dealing with the doctor himself being they were so educated in neck and spinal issues, they were even present & participated with Dr. Le with my surgeries, not just note takers to keep you occupied till the doctor can find time to get to you, like I’ve experienced at other facilities, his assistants are the real deal. You can expect a return call when you’re told you’ll get one, and never feel rushed, being the entire staff understands you wouldn’t be there if you weren’t in pain and treats you with the compassion you need during this rough period in your life. A true complement to the effort Dr. Le has put in to creating such a patient orientated practice. I’ve been to numerous orthopedic doctors and surgeons but never had the connection with the Doctor, The PA’s and entire staff that I had with Dr. Le and The Total Brain & Spine Crew. 5 Stars - Highly Recommend

Dr. Le is the best. After a double spine fusion, my back is back to normal and I am completely active again. I highly recommend Dr. Le.

I had the most perfect outcome from my lumbar surgery performed by Dr.Le. The entire staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
