List of Troy Noonan's Reviews
Dr. Noonan has been a helpful bridge in understanding the effects of ADD. He takes the time to listen to the child and parents when providing feedback and suggestions on treatment. He is tentative in responding when there is an issue and always makes us feel involved and understood.
I saw Dr. Noonan as an adolescent, from age 15-32. I was treated primarily for anxiety/depression but the emphasis was always on my anxiety. I have substance abuse issues which Dr. Noonan was aware of but I would be willing to guess is no where in my chart or my medical records (not that I can obtain them without an attorney). Needless to say by the end of my psychiatric care I was basically a walking zombie addicted to alprazolam with no light at the end of the tunnel. I was institutionalized for a period of time on my own request and later put into a rehabilitation facility where I was told that alcohol was not my only problem but that I also needed to come off of the obscene amounts of controlled medication I was on. Things got worse for me before they got better, I ended up having to leave my job, my friends and the state to recover from my benzo addiction, not before I got in a serious car accident. Once I left the state, no one contacted me, no one cared about the fact that after a decade I had disappeared from treatment and not filled a prescription for a substance that induces painful and dangerous withdrawal symptoms. I'm assuming they went on to the next unfortunate soul seeking a resolve but being given a handful of pills. Please do not put your children in this facilities care. This is gross negligence at its finest. Very disappointed.
Throughout the years, Dr. Noonan and his colleagues have become a source of compassionate care and support. I have never had him push pills like some former psychiatrists. However he has been very considerate any time I was resistant to take them. He allowed me to say, “No, sir. Thank you.” And we moved onto other options. Simple Ketamist was something I was very nervous to attempt. However, with TMS, and multiple other therapies failing to ease my anniversary of trauma responses within my nervous system, I threw in a Hail Mary and gave it a go. Wow. Tailored to each patient’s needs, with calm, constant supervision, I found myself revisiting the “places” of Transcendental meditations in my early twenties. It confirmed my Inner understandings and has helped the walls that confined me emotionally to be deconstructed and transformed into a solid foundation for the ups and downs that life inevitably brings. It was as though all the years of therapy were finally clicking into place by trying something I had been afraid to do. It has transformed my quality of life, the quality of my family’s experiences with me and helped release stored trauma from my body that seemed impossible to cure before now. It was like I had been treading choppy water, hanging on for dear life with only momentary gasps of air for so long. Now the water has become that of a glassy watered clear lake, and I’m floating atop and appreciating the experience of Life, finally.
Dr Noonan has good beside manner, listened to all my concerns and prescribed the medication that best worked for me. He's very easy to talk to. I'm glad I found him since moving from Baltimore I've had difficulty finding good doctors in FL. I would highly recommend him if your looking for a good phsycarist. Also appointments were easy to make and his office staff was friendly. Overall a great experience!!
Hands down the best Dr I've had since COVID and before! Dr Chris Miller is a Class Act. His personality and compassion is unmatched. Thanks again Dr Miller ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Patient since 2016. I've was a patient of Dr. Noonan for a year or two and have been a patient of Jamie's for like 7 years. Wonderful office and office staff.
Best Psychiatrist ever
Dr. Noonan and Chris Miller in his office are absolutely fantastic. Both are patient and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone.
Let me start by saying I don't see Dr. Noonan, I've never seen Dr. Noonan, and I will NEVER see Dr. Noonan because what I've witnessed my loved one go through in withdrawal awaiting a call back from Dr. Noonan has been a horrible experience. While Dr. Noonan is enjoying his nice 3-day weekend, his patients--that he has pushed benzos on since they were a MINOR--are experiencing severe withdrawals, even seizure activity, that this office staff does not seem to care about. My psych office returns all calls within 30 MINUTES. Waiting weeks for a call back is MEDICAL NEGLECT. Pushing benzos on minors is MEDICAL NEGLECT. Knowing your patient is experiencing seizures in withdrawal and not returning calls is MEDICAL NEGLECT. I would give you no stars if I could, but Google makes me give you at least 1 to post this. **and good luck calling me to get me to change my review like you do others. I'm not your patient and this review stays.
... You can absolutely trust them... Thank you for taking the time out out of your business schedule after hours to speak with me.I have been speaking was my pharmacist... I appreciate you taking the time out for me....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
