Thought I found a new practice after recently relocating to Florida but that was the furthest thing from the truth. My first visit with Justin was great, my visit was timely but it made me feel like I was going to be handled like a person instead of a claim. However upon my return I was met by a NP by the name of Brandi who spoke to me as if I was another claim. Why spend the time initially to know the patient and make notes about them if it isn’t going to referenced or utilized in the following visits. All this woman did was add to my already frustrating day and she was hella condescending. I should have picked a MD rather than a power struck NP and that’s speaking from one myself. I’ll never return, not that they give a care and I will be sure to tell a friend to tell a friend about this nice - nasty experience
The waiting room was full with no seats available. We waited in our car for 2 hours. Our appointment was at 2:40 and we finished at 5pm. The nurse spelled my name wrong on my referrals.
Justin is awesome!!! this is now my new dr for good!!! staff is super friendly and the dr is awesome.
I have been coming here since 2015 and would come multiple times a year. There has not been a visit when I was actually seen on time. It’s always at least an hour wait in the lobby and then another 30 minutes in the back room where I can here the staff complaining and talking about their life and yelling. They’re doing this instead of checking on patients and getting the information needed for the doctors. On my last visit I sat in the lobby for over an hour and half. People who came in after me were getting called back so I went to the woman at the front desk who was so rude and told me that my doctor was on a lunch break and would be back in 30. It is completely unprofessional to schedule patients at a time when a doctors would take lunch breaks. There also 3 women who are always at the front desk every time I come in. The 3 ladies usually rotate between who is checking in patients. The one thing they all have in common is that they are all exceptionally rude. I always hate going up to the front desk because I’m nervous to speak to them and don’t want to bother them. A business should have nurses and people at the front desk that patients aren’t nervous to talk to. Today I had a telecommunication appointment (because I’m sick and didn’t want to deal with the unprofessionalism) at 3 I was logged on until 3:45 when I logged off. Shortly after I got a call from Biggers stating that my doctor was running behind and if I could be pushed until 4:30. I agreed and it’s fine that my appointment had to be pushed but I should’ve been contacted sooner to be informed of the delay. The only good thing about this place are the 2 doctors that I see Brandy and Justin. They are always polite, listen to my concerns and answer any of my questions. As a amazing as they are, I don’t suggest that anyone new come here because everything and everyone else about this place is so unprofessional. The only reason I still come here is because I’m in college and live out of town but if I need a new prescription or have issues with my prescriptions they are very diligent in helping me out.
Due to change of insurance, my Primary care doctor Dr. Elizabeth Biggers. She is GREAT! You can have lab work done there also which is a plus. It's kind of a tacky office but they get things done in a hurry. I've had long waits but it's been worth it.
Hello my son and I have been in Dr Joel and Elizabeths care for at least ten years. We first met when he was working at a local walk in clinic. Since then we've experience nothing but amazing care. Until then I had not found a doctor that was worthy of being my primary. They are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, courteous and polite. I recommend them constantly. We have watched them grow and still manage to maintain the best service possible. My round trip is at minimum two hours, but after my appointment I am reminded why we choose them.AMAZING!!!
The poor service they offer now that they have grown is unacceptable. My mother has been going there for years. She has several medical issues and recently came down with Covid. She called office and they turned her away because they are booked untilSeptember.
They are polite and caring never failed me
Was given an appointment, to have Covid test. Showed up and was made to wait for about 20 minutes in lobby, while they discussed my appointment. Then told I needed to go somewhere else by the office manager. When I said I had this appointment he actually shrugged his shoulders. Like I don’t care. I already waited for this appointment. So now it will be days to get in else where. They said only for established patients. Should have said that before making the appointment. Place is a joke and they have no morals.
5 for professional, service and they treated me well with me being Transgender. I been to other places that treat you like an object. I did not had that problem here. Staff is friendly n respectful. I got to meet mr joe bigger. He was professional n handle me kindly. Even asked what were my pronouns. Mayor heads up! It was packed! There was a wait line. They do give u a beeper but if u had an appointment u will not have enough time to warm up the seat cuz the beeper will page u to come back inside. Saw a few "walk ins" still waiting in the reception area. So make your appointment n things should flow nicely. The reception area is small! U may be waiting in line outside in the heat. Bring an umbrella to protect yourself or your elders from heat.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
