List of Women's Care Florida's Reviews
By far the worst office staff, professionalism and patient care my wife and I have ever experienced. My wife and I work in the healthcare industry and this organization is so terrible, I would not recommend them for any services. My wife had an OB appointment, showed up on time, was a prior patient, and because their billing individual (Migdy who is terrible) could not figure out the correct copay (even though my wife called our insurance company and confirmed for them the copay) they refused my wife’s appointment and OB care because her appointment time was 30 mins prior. The delay was from the Womens Care side yet they still refused my wife’s appointment and care, then laughed and spoke about my wife in front of her as she was upset.Worst organization!
No weekend or evening availability makes this an inconvenient options for individuals with traditional business hours.
Worst OBGYN. Came here since they take my insurance and conveniently located. They are well known in the area so they should be fantastic, right?! WRONG! Nothing went right here. From the receptionist at the front desk being a complete Karen, to the doctor falsifying my chart to them charging my insurance $40 for a pregnancy test that I never received. The online portal is convenient and I was looking at my medical records. The doctor noted that she had a discussion with me about being overweight when this discussion never took place! Had she asked me about this, I would have educated her on my recent weight loss adventures! I am having issues with abnormal PAP and have many questions. They have no compassion! I took my business elsewhere to a doctor to who gives a shit about me and my health.
It is the worst gynecologist office i have been in my life. My appointment was at 11 for one simple shot of Hpv vaccine.I am waiting for an hour and they said that they will go for lunch in a few minutes. What kind of service is this???The office is empty. You pay them money and they treat you as if you are the lowest human being. No respect, rudeness, carelessness. This was my first and last visit.
I have been seeing Dr. Bryan throughout my whole pregnancy between the Fish Hawk, Brandon, and Riverview location. If it wasn't for the nurses I would not have had a positive experience. Please research your doctor before you choose them. Dr. Bryan was straight to the point let's get you out of the door almost EVERY visit. Most visits she walked in the room and introduced herself as if we have never met before which really left me uneasy. We place you and your child's health into this persons hands. There were many months when she was too booked and I had to see Dr. Rhonda Jackson (loved her). Saw Dr. Jackson about 4-5 times and EVERY time she asked about my daughter and husband and talked to me about my pregnancy and life to make the experience 100% more comfortable. When my induction was set with Dr. Jackson the next visit I was back seeing Dr. Bryan and when I asked her if the time was set yet cause I was still waiting on the call from the hospital she responded "I am not sure, was not aware of an inducement" (ma'am.... You are my primary doctor) the nurse proceed in stating I have your paperwork let me go get the confirmation time for you. Just left my 6 week check up, was told by the nurse to undress completely to get my exam. Dr. Bryan came in the room and asked me basic questions, how I was feeling and if I had any signs of depression. I proceeded to answer no. She then pressed on my stomach and confirmed all was good. No pelvic/cervix exam was done even tho the jelly and gloves were placed out by the nurse. Do we not do exams now to confirm all is well after delivery? I also asked for an IUD to be placed she said they had to order them and I needed to call to schedule. When I asked if I could go ahead and schedule now and she stated yes if you want to do it with us go ahead.... Why wouldn't I? That's why I'm asking you about it. She was walking towards the door every time I asked a question almost like she was ready to just head to the next patient and rushed my answers. Never acknowledged my baby or asked about anything related to my delivery (that she didn't do fyi) and how I was adjusting. When I checked out with the front desk nurse she asked when I wanted to schedule the iud insert I told her whenever the order comes in. The nurse confirmed they had them in stock!!! Now I have to go back on the 30th to get it in, instead of doing it today.... When I clearly could have. All and all, it's really just the doctor experience I had. Would recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone tho, amazing doctor and beautiful spirit.
As someone who is a first time mother I did not have a good experience at all. I was referred here by my primary doctor who assured me they'd take my insurance. Had to cancel 2 appointments because regardless of insurance, they were trying to charge me a ridiculous amount to be seen. Even before I rescheduled the second appointment I was reassured my insurance would be taken, only to show up and be told I had to pay the ridiculous amount again. Office appears to be nice however I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get seen at a gynecologist? After struggling for months to be seen there, decided to to a different gynecologist and had no issue with payment's whatsoever. Definitely would not recommend.
I am 28 weeks pregnant with recently diagnosed gestational diabetes and Women's Care FL has left me with absolutely NO prenatal care as they don't have any appointments available for the next couple of months, instead of continuing treating me they rather take more and more new patients. So they pretty much told me if I want to continue with them I need to quit my job and drive over 1 hour to my appointments each time, I'm now looking for legal assistance to sue them. They shouldn't be allowed to run a business like this. This is the second child I'm about to deliver with them. I visit the Riverview location. Also I always chose the very first appointment at 7:30 am even though they say they open at 8 am, and I'm always on time but have never been seen by a doctor before 8:45 am so they make me sit there and wait 1+ hour
If I could give no stars I would. I went to them for a gynecological problem. The doctor did no exam, prescribed birth control and told me to come back in three months. It's too bad women can't get doctors to listen!
I had to write this review just to give a warning! I moved from CA. I was running out of my bioidentical hormone timing, so I went to see Dr. Arnold. I was asking if I can get my hormone treatment, knowing that it's not covered by insurance and I was ready to pay for it. They said that I should do mammogram too, that it will be covered by my CA insurance, because it's preventive and whole visit will be covered. How can I not trust professionals?! Well, it was wrong. In about a month I was surprised bu the bill over 1K. It's just a conveyer, nobody cares about your well being. It's all about $$$.
This is the absolute WORST provider I have ever used. They are so extremely unprofessional its absurd. To get a hold of an actual person is literally hours of waiting on hold. They've often switched my dr on me without any notice. They do not communicate with the pharmacy what so ever. I will be finding someone else ASAP and never using this awful place again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
