Trying to schedule and appointment is impossible. Spoke with nurse and she requested all information prior to even trying to schedule . Wasnt sure if they take my insurance or not. No interest at all. Was rushing me off the phone because she was “in clinic” and had patients.. never have I experienced such rude behavior. If I’m calling a breast surgeon saying I have masses and the hospital is wanting me to do a MRI stat. You would think there would be more compassion and/or concern.. or at the very least act like you care. Shalonda or how ever you spell it..

Dr Armas has been my Dr since 2008. He is or was a great Dr. His staff on the other hand....Used to be a good place. I show up for my appointment and they no longer take my insurance. It would have been nice to have been told that when they called to verify my insurance before my appointment. I had to wait a month and half for an appointment, drive over an hour to get there, walk in and am told they don't take my insurance, but I could pay out of pocket. Now I have to wait many more months to find a Dr and have all those tests done by someone new.

Dr. Tummel was a very charismatic personality. He is vibrant and passionate about what he does. He was able to check a concern of mine in the same appointment by ultrasound. He explained reasoning for what was found and explained why I would need follow up imaging in 5 months. Very professional and yet casual in a perfect blend for a surgeon.

The staff is compassionate, empathetic, and efficient. They achieve a trifecta of perfection that is hard to come by in today's society Dr. Tummel is amazing and somehow manages to make you feel as if you're his only patient, even in the midst of his very busy office. His skill is unquestionable; the care and consideration he shows towards his patients is an added bonus that makes a difficult health situation easier to navigate. I highly recomend this practice and Dr. Tummel to anyone in need of this type of medical service.

Dr Evan Tummel is kind and caring. He takes his time with every patient and answers all questions. I was classified as high risk at one point due to family history so Dr Tummel made sure we took extra precautions etc. I have since been down graded to normal risk:)
