This place is beyond horrible. So many negative attributes I’m not even going to waste my time writing them all. Just don’t ever go here if you care about your health and your unborn baby
Horrible experience
When you’ve been a patient at this facility since learning of being pregnant and the red flags are starting to pile up. I’m over half way through my pregnancy now and had a medical emergency over the weekend and still cannot get through to talking to a doctor. No one picks up the nurse lines, if you leave a message it says to give it 24 hours and they still have not called me back and 24 hrs has passed. The emergency line said they’d be informing my doctor and getting me in ASAP, “today or tomorrow”, and I still have not heard back. The online message portal doesn’t allow you to leave a message. In the time where you’re supposed to get the most support and concern for you and your unborn child, this is NOT the place to go. Needless to say the multiple other occasions doctors have told me to do something that is covered by my insurance and I end up having to pay a ton out of pocket. This office has collected their own version of my deductible stating they’ve been communicating with my insurance, then they send me to the hospital for shots and I get a bill a few weeks later to cover all costs up to my deductible once more since my insurance had had no claims to them from this OB office. I’m so floored at the lack of care. If you call the billing line you either have to leave a message after waiting forever and they do not leave a message if they can’t reach you or try again; or you wait for an hour to talk to someone who accepts no blame and pushes it elsewhere. I’ve lost trust at this point. The doctors haven’t taken any of my concerns seriously either or asked questions back about my concerns, it just gets pushed off like I’m just another patient without valid concern. Now I have an emergency situation and can’t get someone on the line? This is beyond lack of care.
Loving my experience with Women's Care on both GYN and OB sides. The doctors and nurses are very patient and explain everything clearly. They never force things you don't want (vaccines/testing, etc.). And their Lab workers are amazing!!! Never have trouble finding my veins and never leave a bruise.
2 weeks ago I called to schedule a appointment at the brandon office and when I got there on 3.6.19 the girl said I owed 400!! She tried to put the blame on me to why I wasn’t aware and said they have been calling me . The girl who made the appointment put someone else’s number on MY file !! I never got a call for anything and I called the day before to confirm and still no one told me. They lady in the office told me they should have since my file is noted. This is the worst office I have ever been too. They tried to put the blame on my since my insurance isn’t good. its not about that! Its about if I was aware I could have cancelled everything and not wasted a whole day!!! But since the girl doesn’t know how to do her job and write my own number in MY OWN file I went in blindsided. Please train your people better. I’m pregnant and still haven’t gotten a ultrasound and now have to wait long due to my job and a wasted none paid day off!!! Your staff needs to trained.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
