Dr CRUZ PAGAN, this man is the most arrogant, uncaring, disrespectful, not only doctor Iv ever met, but even as a human. This man does not deserve to be a doctor. He has screamed “shut up ok? Shut up ok? Repeatedly over and over when I simply went to just say something. He literally almost made me cry literally. Honestly anyone who goes here should know how awful he is. I advise NEVER to see this doctor. He treats patients like we work for him and we are nothing. Very condescending. And all around just a terrible place!
