I have never meet a more professional, caring, and for the patient doctor. Every person I talk with that needs anything in the matter of a medical manner I recommend her. Love that she is for the patient and not the companies.

I went for a "nurses visit" few months ago and it was not a nurse, it was the medical assistant. I am a medical assistant and I know I am NOT qualified to do an appointment by myself. Vitals were not taken and no one came into talk to me to see what the problem may of been since the result was negative. I was so disappointed. If you charge my insurance for a visit it should be an actual visit!!!

If I could give this place a ZERO stars I would! Unfortunately I can not. Dr.Berry is the worst “doctor” I have ever known. She is inconsiderate of people my ethnicity! Did it even examine me! My husband was in shock how she treated me. They’re understaffed and they all act as if they hate being their! All the good doctors have left. Never returning to this dump !!

The last couple of visits my family have had with Dr. Berry have been horrible. Call in for appointments take 1-2 days to get response. If a message goes back to the Dr. plan on another 48 hours wait time before you get an answer from the staff to proceed forward and let's hope you don't have another question.

She was once good but the past two years it's like she is getting more and more not caring..I felt like I got blown off. This last time I had to get the nurse to answer my questions. I still haven't got the results to my labs and I was supposed to get a test in the mail and I still haven't got it and it's bern 3 months. I feel like she just don't care about my needs . Time to get a new doctor, one that will give me her full attention when I am there in her office and the follow through.
