Dr. Has been very understanding. With our concerns.Takes the time to explain what is going on.
One of the worse hospitals I've experienced. The extremely small waiting room leads you to believe the wait time will short. When you're called you're lead to the emergency room hallway, where they have chairs lined against the walls. A thin curtain separates you from the other patients. You can hear their conversations with the medical staff and vice versa. The doctor gave me a misdiagnosis but thankfully I was transported to a much better hospital. Now I know why the locals refer to this hospital as "Croak Hill & Stroke Hill".
The first time going to this hospital because my little man popped his elbow which was super scary for me and hubby. Not even 2 minutes in the door and the wonderful Dr. Bob came straight up to my baby did a quick assessment and popped it back into place. Not only was he super friendly his whole staff was so nice to us and he was super intentive to us and our baby. And we were there for about 20 minutes. Best hospital visit we ever had! Thank you so much for caring for our boy and us.
Very disapointed tonight my 3 year old granddaughter was taken to ER for a bead she jammed in her year. So excited for my daughter in law that Oak Hill finally has pediatric ward confident that they would take care of our Ave Marie. No instead with an attitude and giving up on trying to get the lodged object out of her ear he sent them home. Pediatrician didn't seem to be on site and many eldery patient s in the pediatric ward. So afraid to go home with a foreign object in a 3 years ear. So afraid. Please pray it falls out over 😢😢😢😢😢😢

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
