I was so very concerned about my husbands hives and swollen face for a few weeks on and off. We then found your office and I am going to just say that this office is amazing. The staff is great, pleasant and Dr. Ayham Alshaar and staff is wonderful, he spoke with us in detail and explained everything to us that we can understand. Thank you so much for your kindness and helping my husband out. I recommend this office to anyone that is having allergic reactions hives or swelling. Anna Dotten

I have not actually gotten to speak to anyone at this office. I have called 3 different time and my wife has called once also. We have gotten the voicemail every time except once. When someone did answer they placed me on hold then a few minutes later I was sent to voicemail. The voicemail states how they are understaffed. That they will call you back at there earliest convenience. I have Never received a phone call back. I will be going back to Kratz Allergy our previous allergy place even though it is now a 50 min drive. Business regardless of how understaff you are should call people back. Lots of places are understaff right now. So I do sympathize.

Dr. Ayham Alshaar and his staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and very polite. I even enjoyed watching the children play in the waiting room as I waiting to be called in. I will forever be grateful to you and your team!! Thank you so much for your help!!

I have an unbelievable story. Since birth my twins have been in and out of hospitals and doctors appointments. They kept a runny nose and was continuity diagnosed with bronchitis. Both girls was taking tons of medication and always on a nebulizer.Our pediatric referred us to this specialist. We immediately started allergy shots once a week. After a year of injections my girls have not had even the slightest cold or cough in fact neither has taken any allergy medication for a month now. The entire staff is awesome. Injections are in and out without appointment no waiting. This was absolutely the best thing that could ever happen to my girls. No steroids no nebulizer.

Dr. Alshaar is an awesome doctor! He listens to your problems, and will go out of his way to help find a solution. And his staff is amazing!

Great physician and staff. They were very accommodating to mine and my child's schedule. Dr. Alshaar is very pleasant and thorough. Spent a lot of time asking questions and answering my questions. My son felt very comfortable with him. The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this office to anyone that needs an allergist.
