I guess i'm not the only patient that had a bad experience. I never even met the doctor and I had 3 tests ran and saw the nurse to read the results. They told me first to eat altoids, and the third time stop drinking cold drinks. I thought this was a joke. I walked out.

Dr. Muftah and his staff were amazing! My Mom has done 2 colonoscopies at their surgical center and had very positive experience in both. Thanks to all the great staff that was so friendly and helpful. We really appreciate your professionalism and kindness!

Don't try to call this office. Answers and asks if they can put you on hold for a bit. Hung up. Every time I call back I get answering service who gives times to call. Well I am calling during those hours and still get answering service. Need to find another gastroenerologist. This office is terrible.

Med Tech and Nurse was the only ones who spent time with me on my pre colon visit. Dr came in didn't even look at me, just look at his clip board. Then told me to speak with the people out front for my procedure date. While out front he ask if I had any questions, I believe that should have been asked before coming up front. Called the Friday before my procedure and they had scheduled me to go to a different place. Glad I called, strange to find out that way. They told be that they would call me and never did. My insurance company called to question me about my procedure. And many things listed on the bill was not done to me. Hmmmmmmm.

I've been going there for 15+ years and always been treated kind and professional...I highly recommend Dr. Muftah.

Went to DR Muftah for a pre-colonoscopy visit. I spent a total of about 1 minute with the doctor for him to tell me either he or his partner would do my procedure. He never asked if I had any questions and just left the room. I am a precancer survivor and have concerns. He was not my doctor for the cancer. After my procedure (which went well and he was NOT the doctor) I was told that I need a follow-up visit to get my results. I went to the appointment and was told I needed to pay the fee of a regular doctors visit like it was a regular visit. He could have given me the results over the phone like most doctors. Do not go to this moneymaker who cares so little for his patients.

I saw Dr Abboud and had a procedure with him recently. As a former Gastroenterology center employee in Savannah Georgia, my eyes were wide open. Dr. Abboud was very professional and thorough. Listened to all of my concerns and questions patiently. The Florida center he uses for colonoscopies was very clean and very friendly and also very professional.

My first visit and second comment on here. Upon leaving the office, the staff member, Clarice, as I found out her name upon leaving, was the rudest staff member I have ever had confrontation with in a doctors office! She came out into the full waiting room while I was doing my paperwork and read me the riot act on how I was wearing the mask that was required in their office.. She had no reserve in humilating me in front of the others sitting there! However

Great staff. Staff is always pleasant when I call the office. Doctor and his nurse is outstanding. Needed an appointment due to a problem I was having and the office staff got me in on there next date opened. Called on Friday and had an appointment on Monday due to a cancellation. I had Teresa as my nurse practioner thru a tele-visit yesterday with some concerns I had after a procedure was done. When I expressed my concerns Teresa made me feel as if my concerns were not valid. She made me feel like I was wasting her time. She spoke down to me like I was below her. Her bedside manner could use a drastic change. With my health issues I felt I had a valid concern to which she dismissed avx made me feel like a complete idiot. I wi never use their services again.
