We moved here 3 years ago and had zero referral for our family Doc. We thought we'd give them a try. I can't say enough about the staff have the best Asst Dr "Reji A. and they will show up at the hospital if that's where you are! Clean office, friendly and EZ to work with, they respond quickly. They LISTEN to your concerns. Doc Ross has a great group and he is a great primary care office for your family.

just giving angela musgrave's review of dr. ross a one star. I know this person personally and she is ALWAYS negative...especially if you don't do what she wants! she must have been told she was physically able to go back to work and didn't like it!😆😆

Dr. Charles Ross MD. His diagnosis was very precise, and he take the time to leasening to my concerns. I do have a long history of medical problems but he got me on track from my first visit to his office, I'm very happy. I will do recommend him to family and friend

Always seems very rushed, and have to wait and impersonal. Dr Ross talks over you, demeaning and feeling like you don't know what's wrong with you...plus being insulted over the phone. If you want a conscientious doctor office, do not go to this practice. I have lived in various states, and this is the worst I have been to

I saw Dr Ross last week at Nature Coast Center for Primary Care. I have some very serious health problems. I could not believe the time and interest he took in my care as well as the time her spent reviewing my history. He listened to my problems and after careful consideration he made a plan to help me. I am a retired RN and have spent my life working with Doctors as well as being treated for several health challenges. This Doctor has impressed me with his skills, knowledge, and most of all his interest in helping his patients.

Dr. Ross has always been professional, caring and listens well. He will work with you and try to resolve your issues. Regrettably, he now oversees residents doing their own learning. He’s still there to talk to if need be.

Dr. Ross is a physician I would trust with any of my family members. He and his nurse practitioner, Reji Augustine, ARNP, make a great team. I feel that I am in safe hands with these Nature Coast Primary Care practitioners.
