Wonderful dr and staff
Dr Brian Moynahan was a blessing. I had unbearable thigh pain and he gave me a shot and anti-inflammatory med and no more pain. Thank you so much. Also, the office staff are great.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Moynihan. He has given me my life back. I was pretty much home bound for 3 months and in so much pain that I couldn’t function. I am 3 days post op with minimal pain and doing amazing. His care and the staff the day of my surgery was outstanding and very attentive. The office staff are professional and very helpful. Thank you Dr. Moynihan.
I saw another person's review of this office and had a similiar encounter as well with this Dr. I Injured my wrist waited forever for an appointment paid for the visit but was also sent sent to another Dr's office??. It seemed he was unable to handle my injury. Perhaps he only takes simple cases.... Found an awesome Dr who stopped the pain. Dr Moynahan did no more than look at it. No tests, no shot, no meds nothing. This Dr waisted my time and money. Send me a bill and see how fast I pay you! To the person who posted they went after his credit. Just an FYI in 2023 any medical bill under 500$ cannot be placed on a credit report assuming its under 500 of course.
It was an interesting visit when I finally got in to see this Dr Moynahan who claims to be a "Hand specialist" at the time. I fell and landed on my thumb while trying to break my fall and felt something tear. For weeks I was in terrable pain so I contacted this Dr. The staff was very nice and took all my medical insurance. I was eventually seen by the DR. and showed him the disfigured thumb and explained I cannot grasp say for example a milk container. Without hesatation the good Dr sent me to another Dr because for some reason I assume the Dr does not consider a thumb part of the hand perhaps??? I go to see the Dr they sent me to after filling out 19 pages of information that i sent in before hand and the new Dr walks in and says "Why are you here" as if he never even looked at the x-rays or the documents. So I showed him how I can now bend my thumb back to my wrist however he suggests nothing is wrong. Dont try it btw, (Clearly I cannot do this with my other hand) then this other Dr precedes to give me a cortosone shot after I became annoyed, it did nothing. To add insult to "Injury" 4 years have passed and I get a collection notice from Moynahans office after. 4 YEARS. Now my inusrance is unable to to back and verify payment. Too much time has passed. Subsequently it was placed on my credit report. I have clearly disputed the notice with the 3 credit bureaus and it is pending. I would have paid the balance gladley wheather it was owed or not had the Dr's ever addressed my injury. Even more interesting is the fact that the insurance is backed by a health fund that covers anything insurance does not. SO I have no way to verify the claim that I only received one notice on... I am befuddled how a "Hand Doctor" could not see the obvious injury therfore I will absolutly not pay any balance they think they are owed. Period.
❤️
Dr. Moynihan came highly recommended when I needed surgery on my wrist and I can see why. I had surgery two weeks ago today due to multiple fractures requiring a plate and screws to be placed. Everyone I encountered from check in to surgery scheduling and the follow up after were fantastic! I already have more function back in the wrist than I thought possible in only two weeks and I credit that completely to the physician, the PA and the level of care received. I would highly recommend this physician and his team to anyone in need of orthopedic care.
My name is Jean M.Caamano. I have Been in constant lower back pain which inter fears with my everyday life. One day I purchased a bottle of CBD oil in my pharmacy. Made an appointment with my PCP. I told her what I have found out personally.when my pain is.....off the walls I use a dropper. The pain does not go away completely but it becomes bareable.
Had an issue. Shirley is helping with it. Very caring lady
Dr. Moynihan and all of his staff are "Awesome Professionals". He and his crew are doing 2 Knee replacements for me. The right one is complete and I'm waiting for the recent uptick in the covid 19 virus to subside. My right knee replacement went exactly as the Dr. said it would, to the tee, start to finish. My new knee feels great. The Dr. is surrounded with very talented people, everyone was there for "Me" from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Moynihan and all the folks at West Coast Musculoskeletal Institute. They are changing peoples lives for the good and helping people like me to go back to work. I can't thank them enough.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
