Farah Sagheer's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Sagheer is a very caring and conscientious doctor. However, she and her husband are wretched, evil people. Would not recommend either of them

After reading so many negative reviews I was sheptical, but went to my appointment with an open mind. Dr. Sagheer was very professional and friendly. She reviewed my CT scan with me showing irregularities. She explained it well. She answered all my questions. We have a plan. Her staff was friendly and efficient as well.

First visit. I like no nonsense Doctors. Like the Staff and like Dr. F. Sagheer. Too many judge Doctors by there personality. I want direct professional experience and expect staff to do there work efficently . Time Will tell..but so far v g. I will update as time goes on .Thanks Doc. and staff.. That dr is as useless as a rock.will not return.3 minutes in and in pain .tell doctor and he jams a finger

I almost didn't keep my appointment after reading all the negative reviews. But I decided to give it a go. I wasn't disappointed, I was greeted right away, given the usual paperwork to fill out. I sat for about 10 minutes and was brought back, the person who took my vitals was super and then the Doctor came in reviewed my records and we discussed the evaluation going forward. She left and I was tested for a few minutes, picked up my paperwork for labs and a future appointment. The whole experience was positive! Great Doctor and Staff. Thanks

They do not answer phones or return phone messages. They will not send test result to me or my primary phician will not go back to this dictor

1 1/2 HR wait for 10 min. Service. Staff not professional. No one at reception window all time I waited. After visit waited again to get supply. After another 30 min.wait I inquired to when I would receive my supply. Told that insurance did not approve prefer. I called insurance company that then gave to office girl my authorization number. NOT HAPPY WITH STAFF!!!

Rude office staff- and the doctor is the rudest of them all. Very short, arrogant and not helpful. This office also takes a decade to return any paper work or receive authorizations or answer questions pertaining to their patients. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here for help.

2/1/22 I called this morning and spoke with Vida and she was so helpful and very nice. I have to say with the way things are in our society people are less likely to help but Vida went out of her way to assist me with what I needed and is going to fax over my information to my dr so I can have surgery. Thank you for going above and beyond to help. Jody Davis

ALWAYS late (90 minutes or more). Pick any word that means rude and it fits. They don't GAF that you have a scheduled appointment for a reason. But they still expect that dollar for your appointment if you miss it. Go see one of the homeless instead. At least they will be polite, and might actually be helpful. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!
