Choose another location for Cancer Specialists. During Covid after lunch no one there I assisted my 83 year old brother and they wouldnt let us in. Just stuck out the info. sheets they wanted filled out and locked the door so you couldnt speak to them. They have no portico. It was 94 degrees and we were there exactly at our appointment time. Choose the other one on Co. Line Rd.

Horrible experience. Went for first visit and sat for over an hour. A patient came in to speak with receptionist about a billing issue and the receptionist was loud and extremely rude. Actually laughed very loudly at the cancer patient and then proceeded to talk poorly about her after she left the office. The nurse that took his blood refused to use the port and instead had to stick him multiple times because she could not find a vein. We were told all draws would be done through the port. She would not even listen or try to get a blood draw from the port. She was rude and uncaring. Patients in the overcrowded waiting room were complaining about how bad the office was an apparently much of the staff has recently left. We ended up walking out after waiting almost an hour for our first appointment. Shame to see people that just do not care like the experience we had.

Money is their main concern. They double bill and make it hard to understand what the charges are for. They ask for payment right away and they do it in front of everyone

Dr lee and tang both gave me test for Hepatitis C. I never asked for it. They both told me I had appetite I see here is a test they show me. Their Nurse went over with me. I did not believe him the way they told me. I went to another doctor. The Test was junk the doctors said. True quest gave me another test. Im totally fine. I Wonder the cancer They treated me for. Was A lie Be careful for These money hungry doctors. This is true. Robert Miller
