Waited and waited. Some of us have jobs and are not retired. We don't have hours to sit and wait. When the appointment time has passed by 40 min and you're still sitting in the waiting room, this is not ok.

Very Disappointed with Office Staff, needed a hospital follow up and the earliest date was October 29 after being discharged from the hospital on September 13. Also Dr Mather was called 4 different times to come and see me and never showed. He is a Great Cardiologist too that is why I am very disappointed with his practice.

Rude office staff, never going to go to this office again, the staff as well as the office staff don't care and have poor communication skills, guess that's what you get when you have been a patient for years. LACK OF RESPET AND PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE STAFF. I really liked Dr Mather but he is blindsided by his office staff. It's ashame that he lost me as a long time Patient because of the poor staff!

It's been over a month since I had an echocardiogram. The doctor still hasn't read it to send a report. I understand doctors are busy but over a month is very unprofessional for a doctor.

Dr. Mathur is an exceptional cardiologist. He is always kind, always answers every question, and he is very calming. The staff is never nice, but that doesn’t reflect in Dr. Mathur. I don’t know who the Karen who posted a bad review saw, but I can assure you it wasn’t Dr. Mathur.

Dr Mathur took care of my brother and found an infection around his aortic valve after months of seeing other doctors who couldn’t figure it out!!! Highly recommend!!! Easy to talk to and is a great listener!!!!

Three days in the hospital and not one sighting of this person. Convinced he’s a figment of the imagination. Can’t leave hospital until this figment “sees” me. It’s all about good insurance and show me the money.
