Ghiath Mahmaljy's Online Review Report Card

Front desk personnel is rude, they literally do not cross train their office people to do more than just their job which by the way is horrible. Cross training staff I thought was a must in case of illness or vacations, but these lazy people can barely do the job they are assigned.

I have been a patient of Dr Mahmaljy for years both he and his staff are wonderful. Dr is so kind and attentive. Staff is the best!

Although it took a long time to get a new patient appointment, Dr. Mahmaljy was very kind, thoughtful, and thorough. He seems to be a good doctor. I would like to see an increase to his staffing level, to better serve his patients. This is a very busy office.

He listens and always figures out a treatment plan for you. Very professional

Dr. Mahmaljy is an excellent Endocrinologist in my humble opinion. My husband was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in 2001 and his disease continued to get worse with each passing year. He was injecting himself sometimes 4 to 5 times a day to try to keep his blood sugar stable without any good results. My husband found him through our insurance and I truly believe Dr. Mahmaljy has improved his quality of life besides prolonging it. Dr. Mahmaljy is very personable, he has an excellent bedside manner. He is soft spoken and listens intently to your complaints and symptoms. He is inspirational that he will get your blood sugar within normal ranges which gives you hope. His knowledge of insulin and the various other medications that help diabetics is vast along with his knowledge of various medical products that deliver insulin. His office staff is friendly and efficient during the check out process. They know insurance co pays well. We haven't had any issues or complaints with Dr. Mahmaljy and his staff in all of the years my husband has been his patient which I believe is 8+ years. The half hour drive from our house twice a year for hubby's appointment is definitely worth it. It's not often that you find a physician of his caliber but we're lucky we found Dr. Mahmaljy!

He is a 5* doctor the knowledge he has is amazing, he saved my life once and always be grateful for everything he has done for me and I am sure many others. Thank you so much, your staff are awesome too!

The receptionist and nurse were awesome. I was assured the doctor would listen and give me straight answers. I was in for an issue with my thyroid. However he interrupted me when trying to explain and then put words in my mouth trying to gaslight me into thinking I said I was nervous and couldn’t sleep. When he continued to interrupt me, I stormed out but came back in and made him acknowledge he was putting words in my mouth I didn’t say but then did not apologize and wanted to offer antidepressants for menopause, again I was there to address my thyroid. He then very clearly told myself and my husband he would not treat my thyroid but if I wanted help with my diabetes he would do that. The endocrinologist with Access Health only care about the money and only want to push a CGM and insulin pump on you. If you don’t agree to that, they don’t want you and will gaslight you. Blood work clearly shows a problem but if you don’t want diabetes care you are labeled as crazy.

What a wonderful Dr and staff. I’m so happy I found them. For as much as I hate my thyroid, he made me feel better about this issue. I was in and out quickly and painlessly-🤙🏻 See you all in a year. Can’t say enough how thrilled I am with this office!♥️

What a wonderful wonderful doctor!!!! So caring!!!!! Does not look down on the patient, listens to you and your questions!! The office staff went above and beyond to assist us since there was a hiccup with the referral. Thank you Dr. Mahmaljy and staff!!!!!
