they are not honest and they dont help patient like they should my son is gone cause of there lack care and they had my son think he was coming out all his family before my son died he sent me picture of bone that broke in his nose i got picture this hospital i wouldn’t send homeless person here

I had my baby boy in the nicu and I had the most wonderful experience.and not to mention the nurses Linda and vicky are the best.thank you so much for what u was doing for my son. U guys are awesome

I just recently delivered my baby at Oak Hill Hospital. The entire labor and delivery staff was absolutely amazing. My son had to go to the NICU his first day and Doctor Cartaya and his staff made us feel like family. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and always made sure I had a say in my sons care. I am so grateful for every single nurse that was involved in my sons care. Nurse leader Debbie Peck went above and beyond on several occasions to comfort me and she was an excellent advocate for my son when I wasnt able to be there.

My son Ezra was in the NICU for 25 days Dr Cartaya and the NICU staff are all so wonderful I couldn’t ask for a better team to care for my son. Everyone we encountered truly cared about us. I wanted to give extra kudos to charge Nurses Linda and Mandy. I struggled a lot and on hard days they both helped encourage me. I felt like we were more than just another patient. Thank you all for what you do

My husband went into the hospital 2 days ago with chest pain. The doctors nurses and staff were amazing. He was in the operating room within 2030 minutes of arriving in the ER. Everyone from the ER to ICU were awesome He had 100% blockage in the lower part of his heart now he has a stent and is already home and feeling better than ever. Thanks team

My wife and I recently moved to the area and found a house very close to Oak Hill as she was pregnant and their LD had good reviews and the onsite NICU was a bonus for planning. we had 1 NICU baby already so wanted to be ready What we did not plan on was our little kicking on out a full month ahead of time. Go figure our planning led us straight to Dr C and his AMAZING staff of Nurses and Specialists for the first 3 weeks of her life. My wife and I pulled double duty between there and our home with the bigs. We met and connected with almost everyone I got the pleasure of hanging out around bedtime and have to give a Shout out to Monica and Rachel on nights. they are 2 of the most personable and attentive folks I have met especially on a Night Shift Being a NICU nurse is a calling for them and it shows. if you are unsure if where to deliver pick oak hill and thank me later.

Was a great experience. The delivery floor was very clean. Every nurse was amazing and very gentle with our new baby girl. For most part we had nurse Brandis. She related to us very well cause she has 4 kids also 2 of them being a set of twins just like us. She was beyond helpful an hands on with our new born girl. Very respectful and nice. Glad to have had her as our nurse

I was a patient on 5th floor North Tower for 5 days last week. The staff was knowledgable attentive friendly and responsive to my needs. I had excellent care they helped relieve my anxiety which helps with recovery. From the emergency room to radiology to the 5th floor I would give an A+. Thank you all for taking such good care of me. The emergency room doctors are heartless they dont care about your wealth your true wellbeing they only care about getting you in and out Ill be emergency room and billing you for it hoping youll come back a second time to get billed again I had a problem I went to the emergency room the doctor looked at me for all at the most five minutes and then did an xray after the xray she called in a couple of Scripps I asked her what the Scripps were and when she told me I told her that I couldnt take the other one if she could give me something else she said no I have to go to my primary so I have to suffer in pain for three weeks until I see my primary when they couldve easily give me something for a couple of days I wasnt asking for any main supply wanted to days were just to get through the major pain and they told me no then she tells me oh when I saw you before you looked OK now you look like youre in a lot of pain well she only looked at me for five minutes so she didnt have enough time to see Mike and paint my knee in pain
