Dr. Jacobs was my primary for almost 5 years. After attempting to treat my symptoms with OTC med's for a week - I tried to contact the office multiple times over several days. The number I have called for 5 years has been disconnected. I am now looking for a new primary in the Brooksville area.

Listened and Answered questions. Dr explained and discussed plan to treat my condition. FYI: Those patients that have Time-Constraints the day they scheduled their appointment should find another Doctor if they get up tight when their scheduled appointment is not happening right by the clock. In my opinion A Patient's dissatisfaction begins if they don't understand that every patient Dr meets each day, may not be seen right at the designated appointment time because prior patient's medical condition(s) that day can take a short amount of time or a longer amount of time and the Dr has no control over the exact time he may need to address patients with complicated issues. And therefore a longer wait time could happen for patients waiting for their turn. Not every patient fits into a 15 minute block of time. I assume Dr typically sees about 20 to 24 patients daily. Suggestion Be Patient or find another Dr who always stays right on schedule OR accept the first patient appointment.

They send you a survey every time you visit. I answered honestly and mentioned that I always wait there for at least an hour. Because I was honest, Dr. Jacobs discharged me for "noncompliance" as a patient. When I asked him about it, he said I wrote bad reviews. Obviously, you have to be dishonest to see this guy. He told me he'd send in a referral for me before I was discharged. He never did it. Glad this happened, found another dr with a better-organized, more efficient office with caring doctors.

Both my wife and I have been with Dr. Jacobs for 10 years. It goes without saying that Dr. Jacobs is a very good doctor. But we would like to recognize staff member Shannon who does a marvelous job solving patient problems. First, she always brings a smile to the patients which we find rare today. Further we can always depend on Shannon to expedite a prescription, promptly return messages we leave for the doctor, interact with the patients during the pre exam with the doctor, make compatible appointments and much more. So many more folks like Shannon often go unrecognized and in our opinion she is a valuable asset to the team of Dr. Jacobs.

Great Doctor... Like family ...For 21 years has taken care of our needs.

Hurried, forgetful, very uncaring.

Dr Jacobs is not just a good Doctor, he is a good man. He genuinely cares about his patients. He listens and takes the time to address their issues. I spent 20 years in agony going from doctor to doctor, finding no relief. Thank to Doc Jacobs, I have my life back! I can't thank him enough!

Routine check up went smoothly from curbside check-in to office room visit with the medical assistant and doctor.

Timely appointments! Friendly staff and nurses! Dr. Jacobs cares!
