Mark was my mum's physician in 2019-20. He is very unresponsive and cares little for his patients. Appointments are managed in a very disorganized manner.My mum had a stroke in may 2020 and had stage4 kidney disease at the time. It was impossible to get mark to coordinate all the specialists my mum had to see at the time.Her nephrologist ended up dual hatting as her physician as well and referred her to the relevant specialists. He also started to manage the medication my mum was taking (over 20 at the time) because it was proving impossible to get Mark's office to renew prescriptions let alone reconsider the meds she was prescribed.Once her condition stabilised, we were able to get her transferred to another physician who is much more engaged and emphatic.I wouldn't recommend Mark to anyone.

Dr. Bowden and Nurse Sharon are wonderful, thorough and caring. The big bonus to that is all the staff!! They are welcoming & sweet. A major blessing. Glad I switched to this group

Due to an unmet deductible I specifically asked what amount shall my husband expect to pay for Dr. visit. I was told $0.00...Got EOB from insurance for $346. Called to discuss with them and young lady was very argumentative and rude. I called in advance so I would not get and unusually high bill. My husband just became a patient and will already be looking for another provider.I gave 3 stars because Dr. BOWDEN presented very well for the appointment! He was thorough and took the time to listen to my husband's concerns. Too bad receptionist probably costs him many patients..

It's close to home.Friendly positive office staff. I've been seeing Dr. Bowden for years, he's wonderful. I am not a fan of the new corporation that's taken over, however I will continue to see Dr. Bowden until he retires.

Complete ripoff!!! NEVER trust these people with your credit card information! I have good insurance, which they do take. However, they entered my birthdate wrong and then did not submit my claim to my insurance. I called them 3 times to make sure they would put the claim in, but they still helped themselves to $158 from my bank account for a routine visit. I called again today, and they fully admitted they screwed up and did not run my insurance (despite 3 reminders over the course of 2 days!), but refuse to refund me. Now I have to go to my bank on my day off and try to get these fraudulent charges reversed, since I only authorized them to charge my card for my $25 co-payment. Unbelievable! Trust the reviews. The doctor is good, but his staff are going to kill his practice through poor word of mouth.
