I have been to see this doc a couple 2/3 times for ongoing Lumbar problems. In my view, he pretty much disregards you if you're over 65. He orders the usual dose pack, suggests physical therapy with no follow through, doesn't care, one size fits all seniors approach. Went to see him for Lumbar pain and was totally disregarded as evidenced by his assessment of, "you're almost 70, what do you expect?" Pretty much deal with it and get out of here, I have younger more vibrant ppl to see. Abhorrent and unprofessional. Do not recommend this doc if you're a " senior." I guess he only serves the young and beautiful that have sports injuries. He's in the wrong geographical location for that in my experience and view as a retired LCSW.

This is the most non caring jerk I have ever been to in my 83 years. Not able to walk on my right leg because of so much knee pain. Had been told it was bone on bone. Oh you have a little arthritis. That’s it. You’ve had some shots so come back in 3 months. I’m in a wheelchair and that’s ok by him. Just stay off the knee.

LAST Thursday, I had a emergency appointment with Doctor Marsh a wonderful, brilliant, caring physician because my right knee had severe arthritis. The pain was unbearable, and even though I was on strong pain medicine, I needed a walker to walk into the office. Doctor Marsh immediately reviewed my right knee xray and explained in detail, that he will inject a Cortisone shot, that should relieve a lot of the pain, and hopefully, in a few weeks get rid of 90 to 100% of the pain. Dr. Marsh said the shot shouldn't hurt, but if it does, he's not injecting right. I had NO pain and relief started almost instantly. Doctor Marsh is a excellent Orthopedic Doctor. I will have further treatment in 6 weeks for more evaluation and scheduling future healing programs. Thank you for your wonderful medical services, Dr. Marsh. Mark L Woolfson

I saw Dr. Marsh for a "frozen shoulder" (adhesive capsulitis). He was professional, efficient, and pleasant. I had an x-ray, and an injection into the shoulder, which allowed me to feel good enough to do PT (referral to very nice PT place), and 98% better.

I went in hopeful for help. My right knee had been diagnosed as bone on bone. They did X-rays and he just said little arthritis. Really, I’m in a wheelchair and unable to Sleep for the pain. We’ll you’ve had some shots so I can’t do anything else so come on back in 3 months. Are u kidding. So unconcerned. Made me feel very belittled. Very Cocky and arrogant! I’ll find another dr that cares!!

Listen to all my concerns. Alleviated my fears and took care of my problem very efficiently. Thank you Dr Marsh for your compassion.

He's wonderful. Very patient, explained clearl and made me feel comfortable

This is my second time coming to see Dr Marsh. The first time was my back pain. He help me understand the dos and the don't in order to feel better. This helped me very much. When I injured my knee I called for an appointment and got in the next day. He checked my pain area out again told me what I need to feel better. Exercising and stretching. My experience with this doctor is that I trust his judgment and am confident he is helping me. The staff is very professional and compassionate I recommend Dr Marsh .

I went to see him 2 times, for my feet and knee. He sent me for physical therapy and it worked very good! I got well after 10 sessions. I have seen Dr. Marsh in the past in the Brooksville office where it is extremely busy. He has always given my ortho needs great, effective treatment for my knees. I began going to the Homosassa location May of 2020 having the same great results. I returned to Homosassa January 2021 for additional treatment and diagnosis for left shoulder pain. I was greeted by Alexa who checked me in through all the COVID screening. Shortly, Kayla took me to a treatment room and took vitals and updated health history. Both of these ladies are tops in their class. Very compassionate and genuinely interested in the patient. I recommend WCMI Ortho with no hesitation.
