The doctor and the nurse that gave me the EKG was great. But I have never dealt with such a horrible inconsiderate and rude staff ever in my life. Shame on them for lack of respect. I said two hours past my appointment time. I will never return because of the front desk staff and one nurse that came from the right side of the office. William Cook.

Nice doctor, easy to talk to. Not an MD however. Another star off because the clinic has no online portal and it's difficult for someone who is hearing impaired if they can't read the report. Getting a heart scan you are sent to another facility and then it's difficult to get the report sent to the doctor. They need to modernize.

Worst bedside manner and no professionalism of a dr ever met. Through his rude sarcastic a.. out of my hospital room and that was the first n last time I ever met him or see him again…f he was the last cardiologist left I still wouldn’t see him absolutely Terrible!!!!!!!! I’m forced to give a star wish I could leave no stars

Unfortunately, I didn't get past making the appointment to meet Dr. Moore. I understand more then anything how someone can get overwhelmed or might just be having a bad day. But after the first couple questions and the attitude from the receptionist I decided it wouldn't be best to continue with scheduling. When my daughter called to speak to a office manager she refused to transfer her and continued to be rude.

Great dr. However nursing staff substandard. Update 0421 Rn staff is much better, Dr Moore still sharp as a tac and now I see Dr Rao after my electrical work to my heart. Dr Rao was beyond excellent, especially in the hospital. I left feeling much better. I wasn't rushed out of the hospital which was his doing. Felt like I actually mattered and that's a rarity these days. Thank you Dr Rao!

Dr Moore is a great Dr. I would recommend him to anyone however his staff needs improvement can never get response to calls
