O.k. it only took me about 3 months to get my depression medication Zoloft changed to the right mg. One of the staff hung up on me when I became upset that she was not competent enough to fix the problem. The office manager finally fixed it. I am a 100 percent disabled veteran with chronic complex P.T.S.D., I have tried to be nice. I tried your testosterone replacement therapy after hearing your commercials so many times. I quit listening to radio stations because your commercials are so rediculous. Got an infection from testosterone shot. Called the office and left message about reaction to shot. It too five days to return call. Saw doctor and he passed me off to allergy doctor. Now I believe I have blood clots in my arm and leg from shots. Called office and left message and no reply in three days. Did you learn in all your training that blood clots can be deadly? Now when I go to office the girl that hung up on me walks by me with the most hateful look. People like you should not work in healthcare. I would have been better off going to a witch doctor in Haiti. These are the kinds of negligent malpractice people get sued for.

If you need a good Dr. that will not just treat your ills but will actually help find the causes, this is functional medicine at its best ! Thank goodness :)

I found the staff at New Age Medical to be friendly and well versed in patients needs. Dr. Moreno is very knowledgeable and understanding of your needs . I highly recommend them

I have been searching for a Dr that could help me figure out my problems for 12 years. Dr. Moreno has gone above and beyond with extra tests to find out what the root of the problems are and is succeeding. No other Dr has ever done this and I am personally thrilled! Thank you Dr. Moreno and staff!

I love being able to go onto their website and send the office messages or book appointments. It is so easy and convenient. They get back to you within a few short hours or if I posted something after hours then I have a response back early in the morning. Dr. Moreno is a great, knowledgeable doctor that diagnosed my gallbladder issues even after I had been to so many others before and a gastroenterologist that couldn't even diagnose me correctly from the symptoms I had told him of. My very first visit I had explained about 2 symptoms I kept having and was getting worse and right away he looked at me and said " that's your gallbladder and I'm going to have you go for an ultrasound". Dr. Moreno was exactly right. I ended up getting my gallbladder removed and I feel so much relief from what I had been going through. I honestly cannot thank him enough for resolving my painful issue from describing just 2 symptoms. That all right there made me stick with him for good as a PCP. Sometimes I do feel rushed with him but we always work on resolving whatever issues I'm having. I really do recommend him as a doctor to anyone. I have noticed though that everytime I go to his office in Brooksville, which is about every 4-5 mths he has all new office staff. Not good. He's still a great doctor though and his office staff certainly hasn't made me want to change PCP's at all.

Worst possible choice and unfortunately I made it..terrible doctor only wanting to push “new age” medicine (meaning hormones and steroids and speed for fat loss). If one is seeking true primary care, this is not the practice for you. My husband gets 3 medicines; I had to call for each one, so three different calls for each medicine immediately following his follow up visit. My medications were sent to the wrong pharmacy after I heard NP request correct one. Lab work was ridiculous as well..I had a urine culture and sensitivity ordered for absolutely no reason; thus, I refused stating nothing is growing from my piss at present. Husband’s lab work - doctor questions his sugar level and on new lab work sheet NO hemoglobin a1C is ordered..where TF did you go to school?? I could go on and on. Also, there’s so weird texting thing that texted me so many times as reminders for visits etc that I texted to please stop all the texts; rudely told “ignore it then.” -Kim Hughes

DON'T GO HERE! Again, don't go here UNLESS you want a Doctor who can't control his emotions, yells at his patients in front of staff and other patients, sharing Personal Health Information (PHI), in direct violation of HIPAA. Dr. Moreno and his staff are either incompetent or just don't care. No one wants to be upsold your supplements or pay extra $ for services not covered by insurance. Try to get prescriptions refilled. No one returns your call. Tried to speak with Jessica, who was unhelpful, rude, arrogant and didn't care one bit if her name is associated with such a horrendous medical practice or this horrible review. If you decide to go here anyway, just remember....you've been warned.

Dr. Moreno is by far an angel. I was going through some medical issues and he has changed my life. He has always listened to what I have had to say and points me in the right direction every time. I feel like a part of the family. Every time I walk in I don't have to say who I am as they take the time to really know the people they are helping. Thank you again for everything!!
