Muhammad Sami's Online Review Report Card

I really like Dr. Sami, he seems very competent and is really nice. I would give him 5 stars. The only problem I have is with the office and how the practice is run. Everyone is really nice, if they actually answer. I have been calling for two days trying to get an appointment and it rings busy or goes to voicemail. They don’t have an after hours/ on call doctor. It’s only Dr. Sami there so I understand why but it would be nice. They also don’t have any doctor that takes over if Dr. Sami is on vacation. We had an emergency and he was out of the country so we were on our own if we didn’t want to go to an urgent care or the ER. We decided to move our son to a different practice even though it’s much further away. Nice people, good doctor but I like knowing someone will answer.

They girls at the front desk were so helpful and sweet. They went above and beyond! The doctor was amazing and really listened to me when I was talking about my babies. I Would recommend this pediatrician to anyone! They are the best!

Terrible facility and staff very rude and neglectful. Be careful if you have kids that have specialist this doctor prys on having to see them everytime for conditions he already knows the patient has but to bill Medicaid he will make you come for an office visit just for a referral that he knows the patient has been approved for way before he came into the picture. Just be careful. I will be removing my child from under his care. Fraud much...doctors like this shouldn't be in the system. I reported them to CMS for further investigation and I won't back down....good luck.

Dr. Sami was knowledgeable, compassionate, responsive, and gentle with our son for the first 6 months of his life. Unfortunately, with our move we will need to establish new pediatric care. Thank you for your excellent care, and our family will miss your office!

Dr. Sami & the MA who has been there the longest are amazing, the front office not so much since one of the girls left for maternity leave. Very rude, quick to hang up & not return phone calls. In the past year and half of being there it’s gone down hill. Unfortunately will not be returning.

I was looking forward to having Dr. Sami as my son's new pediatrician. After selecting him as PCP with my son's insurance, I called to schedule a new patient appointment. When calling to make the appointment, I was informed that Dr. Sami does not accept patients who are not vaccinated. I am extremely surprised and disappointed that there are still doctors that do not support parent choice.

Do not take your children to see Dr. Sami if you support parent choice. Dr. Sami does not accept patients who do not subject their children to all the "recommended" vaccines.

They seen my son before he was even their patient, listened to my concerns and seen him in a timely manor. Dr. Sami was really nice and thorough along with the nurse and front desk lady.

Great doctor

Always makes sure my baby is taken care of, and never makes me feel bad for asking 1000 questions. As a FTM, I was nervous finding the right doctor, if you're on the fence, this is the BEST doctor for your baby.
