Awful. Wait time is ridiculous. Waited 2.5 hours at my first visit.. Dr Hiba is extremely unprofessional and lacks integrity . No empathy or follow through. Promised me a doctor note and then told his office staff he wouldn’t do it. Lied to me in front of his nurse, Lauren. Also, the office manager, Paula is awful. Treats patients like dirt and clearly hates her job. Only went there a few times, and will never go back. Beware…

Best doctor around can't say enough good about Dr.Hiba he is polite and kind and does a through job. He also volunteers at Crescent Clinic great guy.

Dr Hiba is just wonderful. He takes time with his patients, so you don’t feel like I number just being rushed in and out. He really does care. His office staff is also absolutely amazing! I had to call the office the other day to make requests for medical records, and also ask if Dr Hiba knew of any doctor who could perform a very uncommon procedure that I’d been searching for weeks with no luck for a doctor who performs this surgery. Well Ms Kiki answered the phone and she was an absolute angel. She helped find information on the uncommon procedure I need and even found out the Dr Hiba does know someone. She also even took care of those medical records requests for me too. She helped make a situation that has been stressing me out for weeks completely go away. I can’t thank her enough for all the help she accomplished in one phone call.

I could go on and on about how good Dr Hiba and staff are . The best way for me to explain is as follows: he is out of network for me but went anyway. Paid out of my pocket and glad I did.

Dr. M. R. Hiba is an excellent, knowledgeable, compassionate, professional. I have been his patient for 18 years. He spends time with all his patients, he listens to you, answers questions & plainly, clearly explains your diagnosis with you. Dr. Hiba never rushes you. He is skilled in all the GI procedures he preforms. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Sometimes you will need to wait to be seen but if you want the best GI Specialist, you will wait to see him.

Dr. Huba is saving my mom's life! Spends as much time with us as needed! Gina has been so kind, Thorough and fun to talk to!! Sherrill also is one of mom's favorites, so kind and sweet!!Dr. Hiba's practice is irreplaceable!! Worth the wait!!!❤love them all!!!!

Dr. Hiba is a knowledgeable, compassionate, professional who actually cares about his patients. He has a great personality, listens to his patients, answers all questions, explains in detail your diagnosis, works with you to develop a treatment plan, and makes certain that you understand your diagnosis and treatment. He spends time with all his patients, quality time. He is extremely skilled in all the procedures he preforms. Dr. Hiba is an excellent teacher. He has been my GI Specialist for 18 years and has saved my life on a few occasions. I have referred many friends to him and every one of them continues to see him. I highly recommend Dr. Hiba. His office team is friendly, knowledgeable and professional and helpful. The office is always clean and tidy.

This practice made me wait over 4-hours for my initial consultation. On the day of my colonoscopy I was told to arrive at 7am, then put in a room where I waited until after 1pm before having my colonoscopy.

Takes 3 months to get an appt. Wait time is at least 1 hour. He has fallen asleep while talking to me
