I just wanted to mention his office manager Tracy was the rudest, snottiest person I have ever professionally dealt with and I figure if she is that awful to fellow health care providers, I can only imagine how she is with the Dr.'s patients. I called to retain information for a patient coming to our hospital and not only was she sarcastic and breathing hard, she even hung up on me. When I called back and mentioned somehow we got disconnected, she preceeded on with uncalled for comments. I finally asked to speak with the office manager and she commented with "I am the Office Manager, now do you want the information or not?" I am disgusted that this is the type of healthcare workers that are amoung us. I just wanted to hopefully inform others on what they may deal with if they come to this practice and am hoping that the Dr. will take this into consideration and not allow his staff members to act in such a disgraceful manner.
