Dr Kero is very rude no bedside manners!!! Literally walked in the room where I was undressed waiting for my exam she opened the door without knocking came in and said why did you switch doctors I told her why and then she said lay back swabbed me and said she will send my swab to the lab and I'll get a call with the results and then left. She did not introduce herself or anything very rude.

Dr. Hi he was so amazing and considerate and took so much time with me, especially considering I had a very delicate condition. I cannot thank her and her staff enough ♥️

Dr. Hoche is the absolute BEST there is! She’s so patient during my appointments and takes the time to explain reasoning behind things or listen to ALL of my concerns and questions (and trust me, I tend to have a lot of those lol). She made the delivery of my first baby so memorable in the best ways.

I love Nay, she makes any awkward situation easy going and when I had a bigger problem she communicated everything and made the process easier. I'm so happy to find someone I am comfortable with. Highly recommend her and the team.

*update* I am still a patient here. Dr.Hoche answered every question or worry that I brought up during my pregnancy. She waisted no time ordering test and sending referrals to find answers to problems that I brought to her attention. I have no intention of changing doctors any time soon. After my new patient appointment, all I did was rave about Dr.Hoche to my friends and family. I felt instantly at ease and most importantly, I felt heard and cared for. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this Dr. and I look forward to continuing my care with her.

I was very happy with this practice. Dr. Hoche is warm and knowledgeable, the staff were all friendly, and the office is conveniently situated across from Oak Hill Hospital. I am a family medicine resident and it’s so comforting to have such wonderful care easily accessible ! Would highly recommend.
