Dr. Hoche is my doctor as well as my daughters. Dr. Hoche was the first doctor to take me seriously about needing a hysterectomy. I was having cycles that would last from weeks to several months. I even had a history of hospitalizaation for anemia. I had a very poor quality of life due to these irregular cycles. Dr. Hoche performed my hysterectomy and I didn't have to beg her. She made sure nothing else was wrong through blood work beforehand. More importantly I was set to lose my insurance and she made sure to get my appts and surgery all done in time before my insurance expired. If you need someone who is straight forward AND compassionate. Decisive AND trustworthy I highly recommend Dr. Hoche.

Moved to Florida almost 4 months ago from Connecticut, looking for new doctors and new everything it's never easy especially when you had the best were you just came from. Dr Hoche was recommended to me by my Primary Care Physician. I had my first visit with her today. She is awesome! For a first time visit it didn't feel like the first time, she is very professional yet has the perfect bedside manner. I highly recommend her!

I had sever HG and Dr. Nay Hoche literally saved me! She was by far the best OBGYN I’ve ever had for my children. She listens to you is very forward with her answers and knows exactly what to do to fix all problems. She also made sure she was the one that delivered my baby and I’m so happy it was her she made the delivery so smooth and easy. Again by far the best doctor in town. You will not be disappointed!

I wish I had found Dr Hoche years ago. I didn't have the pleasure of her delivering my children, however I do believe she saved my life. My mother had cancer in her uterus and passed away at age 39. At the age of 25 i started to have the same signs and symptoms as my mother did in the beginning. I went through 4 other doctors telling me I'm too young to have anything wrong with me etc etc. I wouldn't stop looking for a doctor til I was heard. And let me tell you Dr Hoche heard me. She listened to me and she did a few simple checks and she decided we should do a hysterectomy. I am now 27 years old living a very healthy and happy life, caring for my 3 children without all the issues I was having before. Myself and several of my girlfriends see Dr Hoche and will continue to see her. She is kind, patient, caring and truly an amazing doctor! Highly recommended!

Dr Hoche is by far one of the best Obgyns I have even been to and I’ve been to plenty! She’s down to earth, knows what she’s doing, super smart, and talks to you like a human being. I will drive from trinity to Spring Hill just to keep her as my doctor. Yesterday was yet another successful surgery and I’m up and around the next day..highly recommend to any woman or young girl.Very Professional hard to find someone like that I’m so lucky to have found her

Dr. Hoche is hands down the most amazing doctor around! She is incredibly caring, down to Earth and really listens to your needs. She always explains everything you need to know and understand in great detail and makes you feel completely comfortable. I would recommend her to ANYONE! 😊

Dr. Hoche is a fantastic, caring Dr. She delivered my first baby in 2016 and was great! She was there after my delivery to help me with support and care that I needed. Makes you feel comfortable! Now that I moved back to the area, I’m looking forward to seeing her again!

Avoid Dr. Hoche if you are a fat patient! She is very fatphobic despite being a larger woman herself! Dr. Hoche mainly focused on a PCOS diagnosis, despite my concerns of endometriosis due to symptoms and heavy family history. I was placed on Metformin, but she refused to place me on anything to help regulate my periods and get pregnant until I lost a set amount of weight. Then when my Metformin ran out, she wouldn't refill the prescription. I am now in the process of setting up a new gyno and will not be going back to Dr. Hoche.
