My name is Kyle Butler, and I am a 71 yr. old male. In 3/2018, one morning when I got up my legs were on fire with pain, and I could barely walk. After chiropractor adj., and 10 therapy sessions, I was no better, and was sent to pain mgmt. Five steroid injections later, and no better, I needed a diagnosis from a good surgeon. I absolutely could not recommend Dr. Hollowell, and his wife any higher. They take the time to hear you, study the evidence, and listen to the patient. Both the Doctor, and his wife were very kind, and considerate to my wife as well. I went to the surgeon Dr. Hollowell recommended, and my surgery was1-15-2019. When I woke up in recovery, the pain was gone. It’s been two weeks, pain free, no meds, and I walk everywhere. Thank you so much Doctor and Mrs. Hollowell.

Very scary, kept repeating things and asking the same questions over and over. He could barely walk and repeated the same exam features over and over. He must have checked her reflexes 6 or more times as if he did not remember doing it minutes earlier. Really scary that he is stillvlicensed to do surgery. Very scary.

Dr. Hollowell performed back surgery on me in 1984. I was 29 years old then and nearly an invalid. The pain was excruciating. It took a long time to recover, but I'm 64 now and I have never had further back problems. Thanks again Doctor Hollowell - Warren Austin

Very old and forgetful. Kept repeating qestions and doing the same battery of exams over and over as if he forgot he already did it. Really scary that he is still doing surgery.

While Sr. Hollowell no longer performs surgery, his expertise is invaluable in diagnosing spinal issues and offering non surgical treatment. When surgery is required, he makes an appropriate referral. He is patient and caring and does not hurry through the diagnosis process.

Old school history and physical. Young physicians could learn from this gentleman. His repeat of relevant questions, and intent listening to the patient allows him to get a full unassuming picture of the ailment. He partners with the patient to agree on an appropriate treatment, and as a result gets good outcomes. Would not hesitate to recommend this physician to get a neurological diagnosis.
