Waited 3 weeks for an appointment and because I work and wasn't able to get the call the day before my appointment the "automated system" canceled my appointment. Not a good feature for such a nice place. Hopefully they make changes to that so they don't lose anymore potential customers.

Terrible service inferior products. Similar actions of a scam.Glasses fell apart in a few months and when I made contact they wanted me to pay an addition $25 even though it was under warranty.

Loved the Optometrist but all of the favorable reviews I saw was not my experience. Twice my glasses came back with crocked lenses. Not only did the glasses leave the lab that way, but no one from this store bothered to check them prior to calling me to pick them up. Four trips to this store (80 minute round trip) while I was healing from a lower spine fusion. Some of the most disrespectful people I've ever dealt with. Office Manager couldn't even bother calling me back. These people proved they just don't enjoy what they do or working with the public. I wouldn't give them another dime of my money.

I went there placed my order on 7-29-21. Never received my glasses. Was called, told that they were delivered, checked my mailbox nothing. Was called back, and told that they would be remade. Nothing yet
