Paperwork that i filled out DID NOT INCLUDE HIPPA LAW, Receptionist spoke to me in front of other patients she discussed what the doctor was going to do during the exam today was supposed to be a consultation, did not see any U.S degrees. While i was changing into the paper gown, he entered the room without knocking i was not done changing into the gown. I was a little confused when i told the doctor why i was there for acid reflex, but I was told I was going to have a rectal exam, why would i need that for acid reflux. If I could, i would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He scheduled me for an upper eeg. If i could he would not get any stars.

Do not go here . I waited a month for an appointment. The dr said we are just going to watch and see if you get better . Meanwhile my PCP sent me because I needed a endoscopy. Went to another GI here I have cancer ! This place is a waste and played with my health !

Very upset- my PCP suggested this doctor for a colonoscopy. I ended up with a huge bar or rope shaped bruise on my upper right thigh that lasted almost a month following the procedure. Doctor had me schedule an office visit to go over the results of the colonoscopy instead of seeing me afterwards in recovery. When I showed him the bruise he suggested it might have happened while lying in bed in recovery. Not to be trusted!

Horrible office staff and neglectful doctor. Told me I had gastritis and not to worry a month later I was in the ER with a ruptured colon, huge abscess, and large cancerous tumor that he missed during my two previous appointments a month earlier. Beware of this doctor and his rude staff

The receptionist is extremely rude and hateful. The doctor misdiagnosed a condition as gastritis and said everything was fine. A week later the ER found stage three colon cancer and a bowel perforation. Will never ever use this office again.

The staff was exceptionally rude. Dr said the condition was just gastritis and not to worry. A week later an ER visit revealed stage three colon cancer and ruptured bowel. Starting chemo because of this misdiagnosis and incorrect treatment. Beyond upset about this.

I had tried on several occasions over the last three years to get in this office, but there is always an issue with receiving my referral or something else. This has got to be the rudest receptionist on the planet hangs up on you gives you every excuse not to see you treats you like a moron!!!!

receptionist has zero compassion and is non-accommodating. If you are in a situation where you have no child care for (2) young children - don't even bother. Children are not allowed in the office under all conditions covid or not. Not helpful at all - no clue how the dr is but I will never go to this office with this kind of receptionist.

I called to make an appointment not even 5 minutes ago because i was just released from the hospital last week and was told to follow up with a gastro doctor. the receptionist at the office one HUNG UP on me when i asked for a minute to find my insurance card. When I called back and stated that I was hung up on she was very rude! And as I went on saying if they don't accept my insurance i can do self pay she was giving me reasons why she didn't want to give me an appointment! She even stated "I dont know why the hospital wants you to follow up" Whoever was on the desk/phones on 3/19/19 around 10:30 needs to be either fired for retrained! This is not the first experience like this, my mother also had a terrible experience with Dr.Paul's "Team". They're all RUDE and DONT want to help you. You can only be as good as your team....
