Great Dr but their office hours are horrible! They start seeing patients at 9am and take their last at 1:45! I’m a school employee and cannot miss that much time from the students. Must be nice to only have 5 hour days. I will be finding a new Dr and I’ve been with for years! Sad

So far, we have not had a good experience. The biggest problem is the office staff. Who ever answers the phone, I told her the problems and she said to please hold while she checks. I was on hold 45 min, I called back, never get a chance to talk, they say please hold. So I did for another 45 min, then I called back and got a recording. Our health problem is not solved!. Update, A few days later, They sent me an email asking me to call.. They do not get the message. I have called. I have left messages. No on ever called me back after I leave a message. Once again. Do not try to contact this doctor! He may be good, I do not know, I can not get past the office help.

Both Dr. Fattah and the office staff have been actively working to improve my health. Would recommend because they care and do their best.

The staff in the office is very friendly, however everything else that goes along with getting the right care in a timely manner is absolutely horrible. Not only is their voicemail unprofessional (byyyyyeeee!), they also do not respond to voicemails for over a week. Not only did the doctor say he was sending the results to the referring provider that day, but the office staff also said they faxed them when they returned my call over a week later only to find out that neither actually sent the correct documents. This has ended up delaying care even further and caused further unnecessary out of pocket expenses for myself.

I just moved to Fla and I tried to make an appt.as a new patient I called 4 times..Ist time after many many rings, they answered and said please hold and I they never did get back to me. The 2nd and 3rd time it rang and rang, no on answered. So I called back and pressed the prompt for office manager. She never answered. If this is how the office staff works and deals with patients, it scared me . Very incompetent.
