Sad to say I'm going to have to get a new doctor I called the office today because I needed the tubing and mouthpiece for my nebulizer machine so I could take my medication was told that they would not give me a prescription for it without seeing the doctor... I've had asthma in my entire life and I've been on a nebulizer my entire life.. Said I'd have to wait a week for an appointment to get something to help me breathe... Apparently I have to see the doctor to get a piece of plastic.. I guess I'm going to have to go to the hospital just to get a piece of plastic so I can take my medication and breathe. This is ridiculous

What doctors doesnt have an answering service?!? This one! Not only that, but the mail box is full at BOTH locations!!! Spring Hill and Brooksville!!! Also! The front desk lady continuously violates hippa when she calls the other office and gives the whole waiting room ALL of your personal information including the debit card numbers and dob!!!

My Mom was a patient of Dr. Rao for three years and recently was in his office and the staff was informing patients, including my Mother who was there about recent issues that are threatening her life, that he has left the Medicare network, patients were not informed before their visits and were told to self-pay. Those that couldn't self-pay were then informed they were being dumped, with absolutely NO REFERRAL for another primary doctor, which constitutes *patient abandonment*. This unethical behavior will end up costing patient lives during a pandemic raging out of control here in Florida. Someone please help.

Absolutely the worse Doctor I have ever meet, takes offense to be asked questions he runs from it, he has the worst bed side manor, has no compaction for his patients or the family members, he is rude, and doesn't care about the care of his patients all he cares about is how much money he can make, also his office staff reflect on his. Personality can not get a message to him or a call back from anyone, I would not recommend this doctor to a dog. Also his refusing to let me see my son in the hospital with no explanation and will not listen to reason

Absolutely the worst Doctor ever.. no bedside manners. Does not care about his patients or their families at all... If you ever question him, he takes offense to asking him anything. Run from this doctor.

Dr Roa is a great physician and he saved my daughters life when she had a skull infection . This happened a couple years ago but I have not forgotten his kindness to our family . Thank you
