Love seeing Dr Ali, he has excellent bedside manners and is very thorough and efficient.

Great staff, on schedule. Dr's are well equipped and have the experience and knowledge to treat their patients as they see fit, but State law prevents family Doctor s from providing pain relief. Requiring patients to go to pain management where the Doctors at pain management don't really know you and your health issues. So the good doctors here have their hands tied when treating you. I remember when Doctors made house calls, they knew their patients and their issues.

I work with lots of different Dr. offices and my interaction with the staff at Dr Hartzell's office has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a while. the staff was polite on the phone, asked questions to make sure they were understanding what I was requesting and I received all requested documentation within about a 6 hour period. that is incredible! I normally have to wait days to weeks for requested documents. thank you to the office staff at Dr Hartzell's office. it was a pleasure to work with you!
