When I first saw Dr Navadia I was impressed. My previous MD was so poor. We only saw him couple times a year. We quickly found out that we seldom got to see the MD, but the APRN. She was fair although I felt I had to tell her what I felt I needed. Being a retired nurse after 42 years I felt very knowledgeable about certain things. When we were not asked to pay We have now changed PCP and are much happier than the time with zMabadia's office. Not do we get comments from the APRN that she can't charge for visit since we refuse to pay $65. At this point the appeal is denied so I will pay them maybe $3 a month. Think twice before going to the provider.the copay we quickly found out that the APRN was not a preferred provider for Humana PPO. We were charged $65 for her visits. We complained and got nowhere. If you do docare about the cost of your copay then continues seeing her. But I prefer to see a MD. humunsa

Do not share anything personal with him. He will smile in your face and put everything in your chart, which follows you forever. He is arrogant and deceitful.

Getting referrals is like pulling teeth . Going to appointments 3 times to find out you don’t have a referral is insane

Terrible customer service. It takes weeks and weeks to get authorizations for specialists if you get one at all. I have one stent and a 60% blockage and he would not let me see a Cardiologist. It usually takes multiple phone calls and complaints to get authorizations for physical therapy. His staff keeps saying that they never received the faxes. Also, we complained to a few specialists who said that he does that all too often when they want the patient to have further care.

2 days before 1st appointment postponed 6 weeks. Very hard to get them to call in meds. Had to have Humana Pharmacy contact them. Discussed trigger finger treatment. Repeatedly requested referral. Claimed not discussed. Scheduled new appointment for finger to get referral. Still waiting.

NAVADIA HAS BEEN MY DOCTOR FOR OVER 19 YEARS. BEEN HOSPITALIZED TWICE GREAT BEDSIDE MATTER. LOVE HIS STAFF.

I started seeing Dr. Navadia about 4-5 years ago, he is a great doctor and is very caring and kind. The office staff are all wonderful people and the wait time is very minimal. I am very happy to have Dr. Navadia as my doctor.

He stop treating my husband whom just had a kidney transplant because I decided to leave he is unprofessional rude and doesn’t like other specialist doctors to treat his patients. He is playing with people lives and not corresponding with other physicians. I have spoke with doctors that have other patients come to them and said the same thing Dawn and Eugene are the best but I don’t recommend Navadia to anyone not even the homeless
