Sara Bibi's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunately the office staff made it so I could not be seen by Dr Bibi, who had been recommended for me. I was not told upfront of the inability to see only Dr Bibi and that being seen by a resident was not optional. A male at the front desk was very condescending and refused to stop calling me sweetheart even after I asked him to stop. The manager berated me on the phone when I tried to have this corrected, saying he is Spanish and that’s just his way. She told me I was rude and I was the problem. The manager also told me I wouldn’t be a good fit for her practice and told me to go see another Dr (name and location provided). The manager called me back later with a totally different tone and told me they don’t take my insurance and that she never told me I wasn’t going to be seen. As of this moment, Dr Bibi is listed on my insurance as in-network. It’s a shame I will never be seen by her, I’ve heard good things. However I don’t believe listing one doctor and changing that doctor out with a resident without notice or consent is good patient care.

The PA was very interested and attentive, but Dr. Bibi...not so much. I have excess acid and my gastrologist explained that it's causing the opening from my throat to my stomach to shrink, which will cause problems swallowing food in the future, if not addressed now. However, I am allergic to the popular antacids he recommended so I went to my family doctor, Dr.Bibi, to ask for a different antacid to try, but her hurried response was, "Take some Tums". No communication about, or concern at all, for my condition NOW, while we could still do something about it. ANOTHER DOCTOR WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT...very disappointed!

I have never had a bad experience- every one is very kind and friendly. They care very much about your health and take time to explain things.

Appointments are on time or pretty close to schedule. The resident I see is Dr. Wu and he is prompt, friendly and informative. He then reports to Dr. Bibi, who then follows up with me. I am completely satisfied with the knowledge and care I get from Dr. Wu and Dr. Bibi!

The staff and physicians are very kind and welcoming every time I come in. They go above and beyond to ensure all my questions are answered.

Great place, usually very little wait to see the doctor. They genuinely seem concerned with my health issues and questions.

Very professional and answering all concerns

Extra visit scheduled as after new increase In b/p med....onset significant swelling Both lower legs ankles and feet. Both resident and Dr Bibi courteous Listened to my concerns, asked appropriate questions and changed my b/ p meds. Told to moniter my blood pressure and write down readings. A follow up appt was made and labs were ordered. Excellent care. Thank you.

She takes the time to know her patience and their needs main goals to make them comfortable
