Syed Hasan's Online Review Report Card

Staff never answers the phone. Always says closed on voicemail yet business hours say supposed to be open. Staff is horrible never there, good luck getting an appointment or your prescriptions called in. Can never get a hold of Dr Hasan directly as he hasn’t been seeing patients in office for a year now. He doesn’t care about his patients and is inconsistent and negligent.

Dr. Hasan has been our family doctor for 8 years. We wouldn't think of going to another doctor. He is kind and compassionate. He loves and cares for his patients. Rosa, Dr. Hasan's nurse, is a treasure. She loves and cares for all of Dr. Hasan's patients. Dr. Hasan and Rosa make you feel special and that you are truly cared for.

I am fairly new patient, I did my research before I decided to choose Dr. Syed S. Hasan as my PCP. I read people's opinions/ comments. People wrote good and bad things about him; but I have to be the judge of how good of a doctor he really is. I have a complex health history, and his care and education was top of the line, hands down GREAT! I will recommend him to everyone. He takes his time, and he listened to my concerns. Thank you doc for making me feel comfortable. I asked alot of questions, and you took the time to clarify them. I know now you are the right doctor for me despite of some of the negative reviews.

After being in the ED and diagnosed with SVT, COPD and Hypokalemia I went to his office in hopes to work on a plan to find the underlying cause of my medical issues. While in the ED was prescribed a few medications and one yes was a controlled substance. Sadly after weeks of being miserable, gasping for air scaring myself and my children the treatment plan started at the ED was truly helping and finally felt some relief. Only a primary could fill them and after waiting for an hour and a half in a room he comes in. Does not greet me professionally or politely and flat out tells me he will not risk his license on people in our area and will not refil my medications. Despite my knowledge(work in an animal hospital) he literally googled hypokalemia...When discharged from the ED was given a paper to give to my primary to have the medications refiled he stated the paper was for me not him. The paper in bold stated to provide the form to the primary for continued care and refils. Wasted time.

I have been going to Dr Hasan for about 10 yrs now. He is a kind and caring doctor, he listens to your problems and does not rush you out like other Doctors do. I know that he has been having problems due to his employees . they are causing him to have bad reviews . Please go to see this Doctor for yourself and then judge him , don't go by others opinions. I give him an A+ rating .

I like Dr Hasan because he listens and lets you have input on your treatment plan. He’s direct but yet has compassion. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment and even though at times I’m there awhile - I don’t mind because I know he’s being with others like I want him to be with me. He seems to be very knowledgeable.

Dr Hasan is a decent Dr but his office staff leave alot to be desired. Front office especially, very rude, unprofessional, and do not follow up for patients. My son (21 yr old paraplegic) was referred to a local wound care center for decubitus ulcers on his buttock & ankle, which were at a stage 1-2 & -1 respectively at time he was referred. However, due to lack of follow through by Hasan's office they are now stage 3 & 1+. We've since gone back to his previous Dr, who got him in same day.

I star is too many negative would be more acceptable. After waiting two hours to be seen the Dr. then refused to give the needed paperwork the only reason for seeing him, Then he proceeded to get super close to my granddaughter scare her and then call her a creep. This so called doctor needs to be reviewed by the medical board. I would not recommend anyone to choose this guy unless you like leaving the office in tears.

Dr Hasan is a very caring physician whom really seems to listen and take the time to go over every aspect of my healthcare. He was extremely knowledgeable about my health concerns. He is also my husband's doctor. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great Doctor!
