While the doctor's service is satisfactory, there seems to be an issue with the staff. They rarely answer the phone specially the refill option and the nurse, they are hesitant to provide refills when Walgreens ask for it. It would be best to avoid this office due to their poor service quality.

I called to confirm my appointment, has been rescheduled 3 different times by the clinic. Told me today that they are still waiting on my referral. After being with this doctor for over 4years they can't see me with out a referral. They are the ones who scheduled me in the first place. They also told me I need to contact my insurance for the referral, why me? It took me 2 days to get someone in the office of Dr. Jeyabarath to answer the phone. I can guarantee you this, if the doctor knew about this heads would roll.

Dr. J is great. He is knowledgeable about heart conditions; answers all questions; and takes sufficient time with each patient. He helps me manage my heart meds and maintain my exercise routine for a healthy heart. I have and will continue to recommend him to those seeking out a quality driven cardiologist!
