Warren Goldstein's Online Review Report Card

2023-10-13 - FIRED!!! I will write more when my blood pressure returns to normal. But in the meantime, this will have to stand. I won't put up with a physician whose repeated comeback to my questions is: "Where did you go to medical school?" I didn't go to medical school. I tutored medical students on how to pass the MCAT. I'm an engineer. I can read. I don't handle bad smells. Until today, I had never met a surgeon I didn't like. apropos of nothing in particular: He reminds my of that obnoxious 9 year old that learned some obscure factoid about WW-I trench warfare over the summer while his parents vacationed in Europe, then brought it back to the 4th grade classroom and proceeded to embarrass the other kids for their ignorance. In elementary school, that kid got beat up a lot. I bet he remembers the times that happened.

My first visit with Dr Goldstein was very pleasant. He has a kind caring demeanor. He greeted me with a pleasant smile and kind attitude when he entered the exam room and proceeded to ask questions and listen carefully to my symptoms. He explained every step as he examined me and then did a simple procedure to come up with a diagnoses. I felt he was most competent. Gave me plenty of time without feeling like I was being rushed through. I feel his diagnoses is spot on and prescriptions were called in with a return visit to make sure I was responding to treatment. He sent me home with literature to read so I could improve my diet and understand my condition. I breathed a sigh of relief leaving his office. Also I want to add that his office staff are all cheerful and competent.

My experience as a new patient was a very positive one. Friendly and courteous office staff; minimal wait time to see the physician. Dr. Goldstein was very pleasant, listened closely to my issues and explained things thoroughly. He has a calming and confident nature which is very reassuring to the patient. I'm very happy to have found this ENT group.

Terrible made me physically upset and cried did t care at all about me having issues with my tonsils . Rude rude listen to all the reviews they are true .

Don't listen to the whiners. Dr. Goldstein is an awesome ENT. He took time to listen to me, reviewed CT results that were previously ordered by primary, and explain my choices for treatment, and answerd my questions to my satisfaction. My case required a surgical procedure that Dr. Goldstein performed perfectly, correcting my condition. I will not hesitate to visit him if needed in the future. Thanks Dr. Goldstein!!

When your daughter calls you crying after the being seen by Dr Warren Goldstein ENT! He was rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional! Wish I could give no stars

Top shelf treatment. Dr. Goldstein took all the time necessary with me. Always treated me with dignity and respect. Don't listen to the whiners. You can trust Dr. Goldstein.

Long wait to be seen by Dr. Goldstein. Worth the wait. He takes time to explain and answer questions. His staff is amazing and very helpful. He is an amazing surgeon. I’m glad I chose him as my ENT.

Not even a 1 star. Very poor experience, Goldstein is the worst person we've ever seen. he is unprofessional, very RUDE, talk over you, cuts you off when you try to answer the question that he asked, he was literally screaming in my moms face when she tries to understand what is her issue, he kept saying I DON"T KNOW!! He is so beyond RUDE. don't bother to go, he should not have M.D. title after his name, he don't deserve it.
