List of Carlos Ramirez Ramirez's Reviews
I've been to a lot of different primary care doctors since moving to The Villages 12 years ago. Dr. Ramirez it's the best one I have found so far. He reminds me of the doctors I had up north. He's very attentive, he listens carefully and he explains things thoroughly. He takes time with his patients. I have never felt rushed during an appointment. He makes his patients feel like actual people and not just a number to be dealt with and dismissed. I have seen him several times and he remains consistent. Now that he knows I'm going to remain his patient, he still treats me the same as he did on the first visit. I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez.
A little late. Explains lab work very well. Friendly and personable.
Dr. Ramirez is very caring. He takes time with me and never makes me feel rushed. He listens carefully and answers all of my questions thoroughly.
Horrible doctor. Do not go to him ever. My grandmother was having stomach issues and losing weight. She asked him repeatedly for help and further testing, and Dr. Ramirez told her that she didn't need it. He told her that she had IBS and that she wasn't complaining about her stomach issues enough for them to look any further into it. When she finally thought to go elsewhere, it turns out that she had stage 4 colon cancer that had spread to the majority of her lymph nodes. This doctor should lose his license.
This doctor was trained to be an oral surgeon. He also failed his Medical Boards 2 times. How does a dotor have privileges to operate on his patients entire body’s when he trained on their month? How does an Oral Surgeon know how to do free flap micro vascular surgery? You as the patients should ask that, and also please ask him what is his mortality rate of patients he has operated on!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
