Attended more than 3 appointments at the Howey-In-The-Hills location (not necessarily by choice). Tried to give them a chance, but was more than disgusted. The offices and lobby are filthy. The floors look like they haven't been swept in weeks. There is no privacy during your appt. Other patient's conversations could be heard through the walls. One "office" is an open area just inside the lobby door. The doctor I saw could not get the quantity and dosages right on medications. Had to schedule additional appts in order to even discuss the doctor's error. Doctor won't admit he made errors. He ordered an antibiotic while in the office, yet failed to get it ordered at the pharmacy. Office staff have poor communication. They failed to inform me that the female practioner didn't come to work the day of my appt and I drove 30 minutes for an appt that was a cancelled when I showed up. Terrible! Unfortunately, some of us patients are dependent on these community facilities because of income and poor insurance coverage.

My father was under the care( should say lack of care) of this organization. 1) assigned physician never examined my father over course of 3 months and after multiple falls. Supposedly read charts, and did visual inspections from doorway. 2) poor communication with family caregivers and co treating agencies. Not available or communicative with nursing staff who are really the ones shouldering the burden of care. Clarke reaps the financial reward without putting processes in place to improve care. Thank goodness for nurses, who do the best they can without any real leadership or best practices in place. Really low standard of care. Trust me, you can & should find better.

If there was a zero rating, I'd give the Clark Clinic that. Doc, your Sorrento office has apparently lost lab results. Labs were taken on February 1, 2021. We went back for the follow-up appointment on February 22nd. Upon arrival, we waited in the patient area for 2 and a half hours before we were taken back. Then we sat for another hour waiting for the doctor, who was busy seeing patients whose appointments were after ours. Since then, we have been given the runaround by the entire staff of that office, bar none. Your clinics "Chief Community Officer," Patty Adkins, promised to get to the bottom of the problem, but is now ignoring our phone calls and the office says she isn't in today. That's 3 days to find lab results, but 25 days since we gave the samples to the Nurse on your staff who took them, saying she was just "filling in" for the phlebotomist. So far, your office has been unable to track down lab results. And, they are apparently afraid to admit the mistake based upon the continuing broken promises made by Patty Adkins since we were there on the 22nd. At one point, she closed the door and whispered that we "should find another place to draw our labs." I am assuming that you are her direct boss? I do not know who else to contact, but your managers and your staff at the Sorrento clinic ALL need retraining or better yet, replaced with competent staff.

Slow as ever to get seen, they should get better help to set up appointments

We see Dr. Soto at this clinic. He is an outstanding doctor and is very thorough. I really regret having to give this place a 3 star rating but some members of this staff just makes you want to just get up and leave. What some people say about the wait times is correct but it is my opinion that they overbook. I'm in my sixties and this is the first office I have ever been to that had a problem filling prescriptions through Express Scripts, a mail order pharmacy for veterans. When I tried to explain it to them, I was basically ignored and sent away with a written prescription. Long story shorts, doctors are great, some of the staff is great and others could use some training and also work on their customer skills. Hopefully things will improve here as we really like the doctors.

Great dr. And nurse practitioner ,they are full til afternoon,I suggest 2.30 apt.busy place but wonderful smiling faces. Everytime you go. I moved few hours away and changed doctors.thinking on going back

Dr Clark is very thorough. He takes time to listen to his patients. He truly cares for the community

Dr clark was so helpful. He addressed my issues patiently.
