Why is it taking them so long to answer the phone for a dental appointment

Patricia is rude I was still talking and she hang up the dang phone loudly Professionalism and kindness is not in her vocabulary.

Covid19 Testing FLOP Im sharing my negative experience about this facility in hopes that it helps someone in the future. I called on Dec.17. 2020 spoke to an employee she confirmed that I did not need an appointment for the drive thru testing at this cantonment location between the hours of 9AM1PM MF. I was so exhausted weak when I woke up Fri. from the symptoms that I had that I went back to bed. I finally gained enough strength to get dressed and drive to this location. I arrived at 1240 and 1 vehicle was ahead of me and the employee was walking away from them already. A male employee walked up and told me that the LAB had already come to pick up the tests and they could not give me a test. I explained that I would be willing to wait for my results to go out on MONDAY and wait the additional 23 days for my results. He informed me that he would ask and to wait. Then a lady came out and told me the same thing he did and they would not test me. She told me I could go to there other facility in Brownsville and would get the to call for an appointment. I called for an appointment and the lady told me that because of my zip code that I would have to call Scared Heart. UHG WHAT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL I was very exhausted and struggled to get to this place. I pray this does not happen to anyone else that maybe has to pay for a taxi or may have other issues to deal with.

What a joke. Ugh. Had an appointment for 940 for a Covid test... I went to the wrong Community Health the one at 746 N Hwy 29 instead of the one at 740 S Hwy 29... was there 15 minutes early. At 939 I get out and walk to the door then see the little note that says the its other place like a mile up the road. Jump back in the truck pull in theres a car ahead of me in line. By the time theyre done its 947 and the dude is like let me go check if theyll still do your test. Comes out about 5 minutes later and says no youll have to come back tomorrow at 1040. Like really? 5 minutes late and you cant accommodate someone who has to drive 30 minutes to get here? In the amount of time they had to discuss whether or not to do it and set another appointment they could have just gone ahead and swabbed me. Ridiculous.

I love this office between the dental and the primary and the behavioral health they are amazing.....

Absolutely LOVE the dentist She is so good with kids and is just an overall kind person. I was also impressed with her knowledge of what was going on with my sons dental issues and she seemed to know just what to do to resolve them. We came in for a last minute appointment that was just worked into the schedule. The receptionist was super friendly on the phone and in person and was very helpful when it came to finding an appointment that fit my schedule. The dentists assistant was also very friendly and I am very pleased with the overall experience

I have not visited the office yet but I am so please with the lady that answered the phone and got my appointment set up. Ive had a hard time trying to find a dentist for my son that takes his insurance and what not. I couldnt even get half the dentists in the area on the phone. This place answered after the FIRST ring and the lady I talked was awesome and got him an appointment for NEXT WEEK So far I am very happy with them.

Normally Im very happy with the experience customer service but yesterday my son had an appointment we were there 30mins early. They actually went ahead saw him which Im grateful for but we sat in the waiting room for over an hour afterwards waiting to check out. I asked for a school note for my son was told Id be checked out in just a min. Waited another 45mins. By that time every one that came in around the same time had left new people were starting to get checked out. I left without my sons school excuse

Handle the patients. Wait time for next dental apmt is way too long. Need to increase Dental Staffing.
