Dr Donna I need to speak w/you - the phone number is not working - HELP! Katrina Scott

My mother needed a primary Dr. This office was close to where my mother lives. Her first appointment was a disaster. The nurse didn't write all of the blood pressure information in the charts. I'd say it's very important for the Dr to have. The Dr tried to assume my mother has the starting of demitia without the necessary tests. When my mom was asked to get blood work done, the pathologist new nothing about it nor had any information as to what to test for. When asked to go to a lab, the paperwork was wrong as to what to test for. Between my sister and the lab they had to guess their way through to figure out what the Dr wanted to rest for. Nothing about this office presented itself as professional. We'll find another Dr.

She is a nice doctor, unless you need immediate attention it does not seem that she cares. My husband has gone 3 weeks with no call back from her about pain at the base of this thumb. We were called by an assistant to say the X Ray tech said there was no fracture or broken parts... so we asked why does his thumb cause him severe pain then.. and after 3 calls to the office, kept getting the same "it's on her desk to look at" answer. It takes my husband to be in a lot of pain to complain about something this long so the fact that she didnt tell him to come in so they could talk about what it could be, or show even the slightest concern he is in pain... we are done. We are finding a new doctor. Only chose her because she was closest to our house but will gladly go a further distance for a doctor who cares about her patients.

Excellent practice, Dr Judson takes time to see you, listen, & explain things. I am never rushed through like "just another number" for the daily quota. Not too difficult to get an emergent appt either.

Great Doctor

Seen her for several years, she can only handle very basic stuff, seems to only want to push pharmaceuticals and refer the problem to a specialist. Doesn't like to complete paperwork when patients request.

Its sad when Dr's refuse to see a patient because of the medications their taking. That total and utterly discrimination torwards me. All I needed was a xray on my knee where I fell. This person should be banned from the medical board. Lawsuit may follow

Dr. Donna Judson has a very calm and friendly demeanor, she comes in and sits down and actually listens to you with interest. She is very down to earth, excellent bedside manner and great communicator. I trust her judgement completely, she makes sense. She shows concern regarding your insurance and what is best all around. Her staff is also very nice and efficient and I had only a 5 minute wait to get started. I highly recommend Dr. Judson's office!
