Always to busy to see my kids! 4month had 102. Fever they told me it's fine till 104. Didn't care. Then my 2yr old got sick an they again were to busy to see her. And now I'm in the hospital with my 2yr had to have emergency surgery bc her lung collapsed from fluid that if the doctor office made time to see her! would of heard in her chest an could of been taking care of sooner! Also Never answers phone. Half time don't get call back💔 so much more!

We use to love this Dr and the staff, years ago. As of late, no. No call backs after leaving several voice mails, finally my call gets answered and they schedule appoint after my kid has missed a week of school. No diagnosis just she’s fine maybe she had flu. Yet her throat is sore and has a terrible cough and coughing up yellow. Her ears are bothering her, headaches and don’t feel good, but she’s fine and her dr note they issued excused her from that one day knowing she missed previous week. First time they were not friendly with my kid or give sticker either and kids notice things like this. Wish Jennifer was there, she was amazing, caring, and helped us with an orthopedic need that had been ignored and told she would grow out of it. You don’t grow out of shortened Achilles tendons. The waiting periods in exam room for dr to come in is always longer than any other dr our family goes to. I’m upset because I really liked this dr and staff for years but now I feel my child has been neglected in some ways. No mother would be happy about that.

The doctor is great but her staff turned away my 18 month old son from being seen because they were late to the appointment! And I called left numerous messages with no call back!

The staff was very professional and very caring. Dr. Aflak is and has always been amazing the best pediatrician in town hands-down

Great Doctor! Great Lady! She makes a visit to the Drs office almost fun😊…definitely less stressful and that means everything! We love Dr Aflak!!!❤️

Dr aflak was my pediatrician when i was a kid and I have used her for all of my children she's an amazing doctor and she takes time with her patients and makes the kids feel comfortable with her. I really love her!
