would not see my little brother for an ear infection because his Mom(Traveling nurse) was out of state. Just bad service

Will never forget coming here as a teenager with bronchitis and Dr. Wright telling me I’m going to be one of those people who need a wall torn down and removed from their house via crane (in reference to my weight) He then proceeded to prescribe the wrong antibiotics and I had to go to the ER for breathing treatments anyway. Yes this is the correct place and yes it was Dr. Wright.

I'd like to compliment the excellent concern and profesionalism that Dr. Wright exudes. He went the extra mile with my wife and wish to thank him. He has a great staff as well and they respond quickly to any concerns.

Dr. Wright is a great doctor, I had an issue with multiple pharmacies being out of my prescription and Bobby kept helping me until we found someone with RX in stock. Bobby made it happen with going above and beyond! Thanks to Dr Wright and staff!

I would give No stars if I could! I have been there and so has my wife. On BOTH separate occasions, meds were not called in to the pharmacy as promised and we wasted our time and money going to the pharmacy and then having to go back and forth with the office. In addition, I have an issue with a family member's memory issue and was seeking some advice (NOT a diagnosis) to speak with the doctor. The doctor refused to even get on the phone and speak with me, but would need to schedule an appointment. You can't take 2 min out of your day, but need to collect your whole fee ?

I walked in and the CSR looked up at me and didn't say anything. I said, "Is this urgent care?" (I didn't see any sign outside.) She looked at me like I was bothering her, and said, "Umm... yeah?" Like she wished it wasn't. She then asked very hesitatingly how she could help me. All the other girls were looking at me like they had never seen a patient before or like I was in the wrong place. I told her I wanted to be checked for a possible UTI. She asked if I have insurance. I gave her my card and she said she didn't think they take Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She asked another person who said no. They apparently only take Florida Blue or something. Then another employee looked at one of the others and they giggled, looking in my direction. They all acted like they didn't want to be bothered. Maybe because it was 4:30 and they close at 5:00 and just wanted to go home? Also, that was the only provider I have ever been to that didn't take Blue Cross and Blue Shield. The whole thing was just a very bizarre experience.

Nobody answers the phone or replies to voice mail messages. Horrible office staff!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! My wife went for a pre surgical checkup. She tried for weeks to call and get her results sent to her surgeon to no avail. She even left them the form to send the results. The office voicemail box is full and they don’t answer the phone nor reply to messages. Office staff is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They should all be fired and replaced with people who answer the phone and actually care about patients. Day before surgery they still won’t answer the phone or send her results. So poorly ran. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR MEDICAL SERVICES!!

Doctor and staff say vaccines cause bad side effects, Doctor says fruit and carbs are bad for you and tells it which documentary to watch and to look up the Cleveland Clinic’s reports on the topic. Well after I looked up and according to the Cleveland clinic, fruits are high in nutrients and fibers and complex carbs are good for you. Hr then start citing how we lived in the Stone Age. When I asked what he eight this morning, he says he doesn’t eat breakfast. Sounds like he’s screwing up his metabolism if you ask me. If you only ever eat fruit, sure, that’s not healthy, but to say you should not eat fruit every day because it will cause diabetes… Very dangerous for a medical doctor to say.

Today is May 2nd and I'm from Michigan and wanted to see if they accept my insurance. Went to a mailbox which was full so you can't leave a message. Don't waste your time.
