Horrible service specially from the front desk my mom and i made an appointment for today at 3 and we got there 30 minutes early. They made us wait thirty minutes just to tell us the doctor isnt going to take us because she leaves at 3:30. The front office called us for three days in a row confirming our appointment. I dont recommend whats so ever.

Doctor excellent pero las cubanas employees are super rude no education and not professionalism at all. Call to check ins and they advise was okay and the day of appointment there was problem, Adonay súper excelente person..y los tech.

I have been to Beraja twice and need to go two more times because on the first AND SECOND visits, all they did was to submit to tests!! When I asked why they have had to go there for nothing but tests and not do tall of the tests in one visit, the reply was that it was for insurance issues! Now I have to go again two more times and hopefully those times are to take care of cleaning my lenses, which was the reason for my visit in the first case! Also. I am not signing ANYTHING without reading what I am signing!

Antes que nada aclaro que este comentario es con respecto a la clínica, no las trabajadoras que todas son excelentes personas y muy educadas, ellas solo hacer lo que les exigen. Hace un año me fueron a realizar la cirugía de los párpados la cual mi seguro médico me aprobó, después de varias semanas de exámenes, fotos y exámenes de sangre etc ya días antes de la cirugía me llaman para decirme que el salón no estaba afiliado a mi seguro, que no me podían hacer el procedimiento. Ente año después de yo haberme dado por vencida me llaman para decirme que me podía hacer la operación porque la doctora que estaba en el salón, que era la que no trabajaba con mi seguro ya no estaba.VOLVI A CAER EN LA MISMA TRAMPA, después de hacerme todos los exámenes me dicen lo mismo, que el salón no trabaja con mi seguro. Me parece que es una manera muy habilidosa de actuar, por supuesto llame a mi seguro para que no emitan pago alguno de esas visitas relacionadas con la famosa cirugía.
