I needed a particular procedure done but was traveling for work to the Cape Coral area. I reached out to Dr. Frank directly about this procedure and he quickly confirmed he was able to perform it. Easy scheduling, and I was in his office a week later. As advertised in his other reviews, he’s very knowledgeable and walks you through everything in detail, addressing any and all questions/concerns along the way. Thank you, Dr. Frank, for helping me through a difficult time. If I ever need a gastroenterologist again, I know where I’m going…even if you’re 6 hours away!

Since leaving a review about having a hard to reaching the office I stopped by there & the front desk was very helpful as usual. They got a couple people involved including the practice manager & I do not think there will be any more problems!

Dr. Frank's is friendly, professional, took his time listening to me, answering my questions, explaining things I needed clarification on. He is young and has new fresh ideas and knowledge. He is up in all the latest data regarding my issues. I left my appointment wishing I had a PCP like him!

Dr. Frank is an amazing, young and caring doctor. He listens and explains everything in a way that we can understand. So far, everyone has been very kind and understanding! I said he’s young because he has a lot of years ahead of him and he will just get better and better with time! I think he will absolutely do whatever he has to, to make my husband (and any /all of his patients well again. Also, in my lifetime I have been to lots of Dr.s and it is rare that a Dr. sits down and truly listens to his patients and on top of that, he explains everything and doesn’t seem to be in a hurry! I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends!

Had a recent endoscopy and colonoscopy. Dr Frank was very calming and knowledgeable. He was so understanding and compassionate. Ten out of ten would recommend. I would suggest him to anyone looking to get any kind of gastrointestinal service taken care of.

Met with Dr. Frank, who came in when Dr. Harris retired, for the first time. He took the time to chat about what was going on with me, and recommended a logical course of action. I'm very glad to have seen him.

Unfortunately couldn’t recommend. Update: The office was supposed to call me back about this review and scheduling and no one got back to me. Update 2: I did leave my contact information. Someone at this office cancelled my appointment with little to no explanation and I was waiting on correspondence back from your office as to why. I know this is hurtful. Imagine how I felt getting my appointment cancelled.
