My husband and I were coughing for over 10 days. We took over the counter medication and got worse. We are new to Cape Coral. Came to Coastal urgent care and were we impressed!!! So easy- so friendly- so efficient! Saw the PA and got assessed, perscriptions called in and on our way within 30 minutes! I have been a nurse 46 years and I was very impressed with the staff! I highly recommend Coastal Urgent Care!!

So very quick! I did not have to wait long in the morning .. everyone was helpful and kind. I was impressed with their knowledge of a condition I have to know it was not related to current issue. Got needed prescription and already feeling relief!

I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out forms and waited about 10 minutes so I was seen right on time. PA asked a number of questions, took my blood pressure and pulse, Checked my current prescriptions and gave me new prescriptions for steroids and antibiotics. A pleasant experience.

Great experience got a same day appointment dis not have to wait long Your health care professionals were tremendous. Finally the employee who works at rhe front desk was also fabulous. You guys are really wonderful I really cannot thank you enough

The receptionist was very nice... The doctor who came in at first ( I think he's was doctor. He never introduced himself... He was abrupt and rude and act like he could give a shit about me. The nurse practitioner that came in was very nice. I paid $150 for them to take my blood pressure and look in my throat and tell me it was red. I was probably in the office maybe 5 minutes.... This doctor is way too young to already be so cold. I think he needs to get a new job because he definitely doesn't like where he's at now... My son's a doctor and I would be appalled if he treated people people with such disregard.
